What a great experience! Kevin was on time, friendly and professional. We wanted a tailor to come to our home because we needed a bunch of items tailored including complicated work on suits inherited from a grandfather :) but with busy work schedules, evening was so much more convenient. Kevin really knows what he's doing, gave advice and everything came back perfect. Would absolutely recommend!

Very convenient. Very professional. They show up, do the measuring and pinning thing, take your stuff away, and a week or two later drop it off all fixed up. Highly recommended for anyone who has a suit (or anything) they know could fit better but just haven't got around to getting it tailored.

I can't say enough good things about Taily! My alterations, a dress and a shirt, are absolutely perfect. The prices are very reasonable considering the service includes in-home fitting and returns, and the turnaround was less than a week. I will be using Taily again for sure!

I had a great experience with Taily. From the get-go Kevin engaged in detailed texts with me (so refreshing to talk to a real person and not AI!) and explained what the prices were for the alterations I wanted on a beautiful coat I had bought second hand. He came to my door, pinned up the parts that needed pinning and a week later, his lovely wife returned it with perfect alterations. All for a very fair price. I highly recommend Taily. They are skilled, professional, efficient and a good value.

Kevin and Adina were amazing to work with! I was able to book a same day appointment after trying to go to another tailor and finding out they were permanently closed, and my floor length dress was tailored to the perfect length. Kevin was extremely detail oriented and spent probably 10 minutes on the floor just pinning my dress. Taily made the process super comfortable and efficient and the work was impeccable and on time. No more showing up and being told "oh no your item is not ready yet" or "we are working on it right now!"

I had some hem tape on the dress that needed to be taken off, and they did a beautiful job with removing it and altering the dress to my liking! I just found the most amazing tailors in NYC: Taily, Concierge Mobile Tailor & Alternations NYC. Ok, I am going through a weight transition (ahem...) and was freaking out about clothes not fitting me well and having to return to the office. HELP! Kevin and Adina came to my rescue. They came to my apartment (climbed all 4 flight of stairs-no elevator!) and with kindness and precision, took all of my measurements for all the garments and soon (7 or so days later) returned with perfectly fitting garments. Whaaat?! I never had to even leave my apartment or shlep all those clothes back and forth. Seriously, if you want beautiful, professional tailoring at a reasonable price, with fine people in your home, call these guys asap! Kevin and Adina, you are both amazing at what you do. THANK YOU!!!
