VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!!!! ONE OF THEIR INSTALLERS CAME OUT TO MY PROPERTY TO MEASURE EVERYTHING AND SAID THAT THE OFFICE STAFF WILL SEND ME A QUOTE..... 6 MONTHS LATER STILL NOTHING!!!! I HAVE PHONED IN TO ADELE SEVERAL TIMES AND EVERY SINGLE TIME SHE SAID SHE IS SENDING ME THE QUOTE RIGHT NOW BUT I HAVE STILL RECEIVED NOTHING FROM HER!!!!!!! WHAT A WAIST OF TIME!!!!!!!!

Excellent service very efficient and helpfu. Called into to enquire and they came the next day to measure up and gave a very good quote. Just came today and very good job done . Would recommend this firm to anyone.

This has got to be the worst experience in buying blinds anywhere ...!! , second atempt at getting blinds that are not faulty....failed..!!. Adele has a foul mouth, lies, shouts and blackmailed into keeping faulty goods as insisted to leave us with no blinds unless we paid Outrageous behaviour from the so called manager Adele. I have no idea how this woman has kept her job customer service just doesn't exist with her. Will never return nor recommend to anybody. Disgraceful Manor .
