Ordered and paid the deposit for a mini of Kaldor nearly a year ago. Heard nothing for 7months then chased them up to be told “difficulties getting hold of the model”. A quick google search and I found plenty available. Suggested maybe another model and was told that would cost more. Agreed a discount and still nothing. Very disappointed

You are absolutely right that we should have communicated more proactively when the miniature became unavailable, and we take full responsibility for that oversight. Clear communication is something we value, and in this case we could have handled it better.
To ensure the matter was resolved fairly, we have issued a full refund and closed the project cleanly on both sides.
There was never any intention to delay the project or act in bad faith. The issue stemmed from prolonged unavailability of the model, not from lack of intent to complete the commission.
We truly regret that the experience did not meet expectations and we appreciate the feedback, as it helps us improve how we manage long sourcing delays in the future.

I had an issue in the past but they really made up for it! The painting was never a problem, it's fantastic but we had an issue with the transport and communication. When we spoke they really tried their best to make it up to me and I will most definitely stay with them! If you have an issue just tell them and Kasper or Natalia will take good care of you!

The team at tabletop orders did a great job supplying, building, and painting my 40k army. Considering that they are a small studio I was impressed with their communication and attention to detail.

Nie sądziłem, że kiedyś będę musiał szukać kogoś do poprawienia fabrycznie nowej figurki, ale cóż… rzeczywistość zweryfikowała moje oczekiwania.
Trafiłem do TableTop z dość nietypowym problemem i szczerze mówiąc, nie byłem pewien, czy w ogóle ktoś się go podejmie. Okazało się, że zupełnie niepotrzebnie się martwiłem – ekipa od razu podeszła do tematu z pełnym zaangażowaniem, jakby to była ich osobista misja ratunkowa. Już na samym początku było widać, że doskonale rozumieją, o co chodzi i rzeczywiście chcą pomóc, a nie tylko „odhaczyć” kolejne zlecenie. W momencie, gdy figurka trafiła w ich ręce, wszystko nabrało mega profesjonalnego tempa – dokładna wycena, jasno określony czas realizacji i wysokiej jakości zdjęcia. Co mnie jeszcze bardziej zaskoczyło, to ich podejście do moich dodatkowych uwag. Po pierwszych poprawkach zauważyłem kilka rzeczy, które wymagały jeszcze dopracowania i absolutnie nie było z tym problemu – bez najmniejszego oporu podjęli się dodatkowej pracy, żeby efekt końcowy był taki, jak powinien. No i finalny cios – cena. Przy tej jakości usług, spodziewałem się, że przyjdzie mi zapłacić znacznie więcej, ale cena okazała się w pełni adekwatna do wykonanej pracy. Patrząc na efekt końcowy, uważam, że była warta każdej wydanej złotówki :)
Mam nadzieję, że nigdy więcej nie wpakuję się w taką przygodę i nie będę musiał znowu ratować żadnej figurki przez oszczędzanie kosztem jakości producenta, ale jeśli kiedykolwiek się to zdarzy – wracam do TableTop bez chwili zawahania. Dzięki za świetną robotę!!!
