Poor Service. Poor response times. Weeks, and months without a call, email. Anything. They do not care about keeping you in the loop. Very unprofessional while dealing with such sensitive information. I highly suggest you look elsewhere. Months of time wasted. 7 to be exact. Only maybe two calls from them during this time. I had to follow up myself and was met with frustration on their part.

I am in the middle of a VA disability claim, and thus far I have found the folks great to work with thus far. As everyone knows you have to be patient working with the VA and disability claims. But thus far I am happy with Michelle and Tabak Law.
Ferrin & Cory are knowable and attentive throughout the process. Prior to my hearing they made me feel prepared and at ease. They sent me the required materials to also prep prior to the hearing.
After the hearing I can say I wouldn’t want anyone but Ferris & Cory to handle my cases going forward
I’ve only been working with them for a few months to appeal my VA claim . After spending 1500 on another service that only got me 10% I came to Tabak law for a more thorough and more hands off process . I’m only giving 1 start as of now because the lack of communication has been ridiculous. After being told I’d receive a call 60 days after submitting paperwork I never did get a call . I had to email multiple times and demand a call. During the call not much of anything was told . They never told me the plan to appeal or anything just asked if I wanted to appeal all the things I were previously denied for I said yes . They then proceeded to ask for documentation and resubmit the same stuff I’d already submitted to the VA the first time so I’m not sure what’s going on. They requested medical files from my doctors all of which I’ve already submitted. From the looks of it they are just redoing everything I’ve already done but I wouldn’t know because no one talks to me . I’ll stick with them and give them time to work my case but as of now they get 1 star. I will update if the situation improves.
Tabak Law was very easy to work with and they took me through the process step by step. Dealing with the VA can be extremely frustrating, but they made it easy as a Veteran. Sofia was particularly helpful so I wanted to recognize her. Thank you!

I'm only giving 3 stars because they helped with my claims and I was happy with the outcome. The down side is I got an email months months later after I got my results back, saying I got a new point of contact and that they are reviewing my claim to see if anything is wrong for more back pay. They said it would only take 30-45 days and contact me sooner if needed. Well here I am 6+months later and I have not heard from them and I have emailed them saying I haven't heard anything for a while. So I'm not even sure how much $$ they are gonna want from my back pay cause they haven't said anything about it.
Guarantee you though they will reach out soon once they read this and realize they are missing out on money lol
