A day in paradise!
An excellent introduction to many of the beautiful interior features of Sao Miguel: high peaks, waterfalls, lakes, and flora. Gonzales (English spelling), our guide, is very knowledgeable, responsive to questions, a superb driver on old roads, considerate of my mobility with hiking sticks, and fun and easy to be with for a full day. We would love to take another trip with him.

The best guided tour I've ever had
Gonçalo was an amazing guide, truly knowledgeable of everything he showed us and of the island, extremely friendly and ready to give tips of what to do and see. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to see the best views, only accessible by a jeep and with someone who knows the island, and really learn about São Miguel.

Excellent tour of the Island
Our guide and driver met us at the port and asked us if there was anything we particularly wanted to see to make sure we got what we wanted. Temor, our guide was very easy to understand and had so much information about what we were seeing. Some of the roads weren't the best but the sights were so worth it. Made it to vantage points most tours won't.Temor also explained the history and culture of Sao Miguel.It was a custom tour with a fabulous guide. EXCELLEN!!

Adapting on the fly was spectacular
We has a great time on this tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the local history and had a true passion for the island. Even though we had less than ideal weather he continuously adapted different spots that he personally knew in the area that he thought we would enjoy. It was marvelous.

A Private Adventure Worth Every Penny
Our private tour was absolutely incredible! Our guide was like having a personal geologist showing us the wonders of the Azores, and even better, he has a son around the same age as our kids, so he offered amazing kid-friendly recommendations. We visited hidden waterfalls, secret spots, and stunning vistas that we never would have found on our own. It was adventurous, safe, and completely worth every penny — an unforgettable experience for the whole family.

Mãos para baixo a melhor coisa que fizemos em São Miguel e um dos nossos melhores passeios que já fizemos globalmente. Tivemos sorte de ter Miguel como nosso guia e ele é fantástico. Ele sabe tanto sobre as ilhas, flora e fauna, os melhores lugares para ir - e continuar. Deixe-o julgar para onde ir com base no tempo e nas câmeras. Tome uma jaqueta de chuva com certeza. Fomos derramados depois do almoço. Leve uma bateria extra para o seu telefone, um capuz e usar calças (estamos aqui em outubro). As botas de caminhada não eram necessárias para nós, mas se começar a chover os sapatos podem ficar molhados. Eu gostaria de tê-lo reservado duas vezes. É menos divertido descobrir onde ir sozinhos!!

Delfim foi um excelente guia. Ele era conhecedor de muitos assuntos levantados em nossa turnê de Sete Cidades. Ele fez um bom uso do 4 x 4 em nos levar para trás para vistas que não podiam ser vistas nas estradas principais. Ele nos pegou prontamente no terminal de cruzeiros. Seu inglês era grande e sua personalidade é calorosa e Receção. Ele é um grande embaixador para uma bela ilha e nos fez querer voltar em breve e usar seus serviços novamente. Warm, Welcoming and Knowledgeable.
Delfim was an excellent guide. He was knowledgeable on many subjects brought up on our tour of Sete Cidades. He made good use of the 4x4 in taking us on backroads to views that couldn’t be seen on the main roads. He picked us up promptly at the cruise terminal. His English was great and his personality is warm and welcoming. He is a great ambassador for a beautiful island and made us want to return soon and use his services again. We highly recommend using his services.
