** UPDATE 2026: Now going on almost 2 years!! The park has gone through some upgrades and I still love it here at my little home away from home! The park and community have been welcoming and everyone is so nice and proud of the history of San Ygnacio. **
Quiet, clean, affordable and a perfect location. The owner is amazing! She is understanding, extremely helpful and keeps all her tenants well informed. I have been here for work for 5 months and found it to be a perfect place to call my home away from home. I have, and will continue to, recommend this for any RV'ers no matter how short or long your stay is.

We stayed here for about 6 months because of work in Laredo. It was a short, simple commute. San Ygnacio is a nice little town, very quiet and laid back. The proximity of the RV park to the post office is super convenient if you want to get a PO Box. Mare was a great landlord/owner! She was very responsive and always kept us informed. Any time we needed something she responded very quickly and any issues were resolved right away. The price was super reasonable. Would definitely recommend!
I enjoyed staying at this RV park for 9 months while working in Laredo for work. Quick 35 minute commute and 10 minutes to Zapata. The park is quiet and maintained including new washers, dryers and gym. Very reasonable monthly rate and Mare has great communication with tenants.

What can I say about this great place? I absolutely loved this cozy little RV park in south Texas. The owner is always adding practical upgrades, while adding her touch to make it that much better of a stay for her guests. She's always responsive with any request or questions that I had during my stay.
