If you are thinking of renting from this company, please think twice. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic care for tenants’ well-being is deeply concerning. No one should have to beg repeatedly for something as essential as heat.
I’m extremely disappointed with the way this property management company has handled our heating issue. For weeks now, we’ve been living in freezing temperatures during the winter because the heat in our apartment has not been working properly.
We’ve emailed, texted, and called multiple times, and although someone came once to “inspect” the system, nothing has actually been fixed. The technician even mentioned that the heating system has major issues, yet no one has returned to repair it.
It is inhumane and unacceptable to leave tenants including families in such conditions during winter. We pay our rent on time, and the bare minimum expectation is to have working heat and a safe living environment.
SQL apts should be condemned
I helped my daughter move into an SQL apartment and found out the whole house was infested with roaches, mice and bedbugs. Deplorable living conditions. They should be ashamed of how they take money from students and put them in these uninhabitable apartments. First month of renting and my daughter had to leave right away. We want our money back.
My sister was devastated and horrified for days. Cockroach, bed bugs, mice infested apartment. It was so bad that we had to bomb the room with pesticide and that didn’t work either. We had to sweep the dead Cockroaches up one by one and put mice bait everywhere around the apartment. 0/10 do not recommend going and or staying here. So disturbing and disgusting

edit: after making my review they did kindly reach out to me about putting my into a new apartment which I have moved into. Every with that has been fine for the most part! however I’m only giving it a 4 star as my previous experience did cause me a lot
of stress, and turbulence with my job. and I just wouldnt recommend to anyone who required high speed wifi. But just for casual usage works just fine!
I am only making this post to get their attention because they are incredibly unresponsive at most times. They rarely answer my text or calls. The only way I can ever get their attention is if i go to their office in person but i feel like that shouldnt even be the case. However, they are very sweet in person. I am looking for them to switch my apartment as the only reason why I chose a studio was to have my own wifi. I work in tech so its essential for me to have regular working wifi but since they arent able to get that to work for me i dont see a point in paying 1100 a month if i have to drive else where for proper connection. Not great for students unless youre planning on working on campus

My child is a junior at SU and quality housing that was not only safe but well managed was our top priority. Couldn’t be happier with our experience. Responses are prompt, the building is extremely well kept and secure. A parents number 1 priority is the safety and well being of their child while they’re away at school and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to have them house here. 10/10 recommend for any SU students!

I’ve been living at a Syracuse Quality Living apartment for almost a year now, and my experience has been nothing but positive. From the beginning, the leasing office staff and management have been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Anytime I had a maintenance request, it was taken care of quickly, usually within 24 hours.
The apartment itself has been comfortable and well-maintained, and the location is perfect for SU students. I recently renewed my lease for another year and didn’t think twice about it. I’ve noticed that the company has made real improvements in recent years, and it shows in the way everything is run now.
Would definitely recommend Syracuse Quality Living to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive place to live in Syracuse!
