I’ve utilized Monroe Medspa for two Hydrafacials and can’t recommend Veronica and MM enough. The facility is sparkling clean and comfortable. Most of all, you are treated based on YOUR needs. I haven’t felt pushed into any treatment or purchase, and both Veronica and Rachel are absolute delights who truly care.

Thank you for making my 1st visit so pleasant and comfortable as I wasn't sure what to expect. Rachel at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. She welcomes you with open arms and greets you with her smile. My appointment was with Dieu But who is also so kind, honest and professional. She explained everything is great detail giving her honest opinions treatment wise. She really took the time to listen to my aging concerns providing different treatment options to address my concerns. I went in to get my lips done and she suggested I get my cheeks. I was hesitant, but I went with my gut and trusted her. Wow, was I not only shocked but insanely happy with my results. I won’t go anywhere else from this point going forward. I’ve been to a lot of places but not had anyone make suggestions. I never knew how hollow I was under eyes but the results were a game changer. My recent experience at the Syracuse location was amazing! We walked in and Rachel at the front desk was bubbly and so so sweet to us, and made us feel like we had all known each other already. Instant friends! It was a very clean and accommodating space, and very welcoming. Dieu did my lip and cheek filler and was extremely professional and thorough in her explanation and process. Everything about the experience was great and I will definitely be returning back for future procedures!

I could not be happier with my experience at Monroe med spa! Not only were they incredibly professional, but my skin looked and felt amazing after my services. Best Spa by far! To start Rachel at the front desk is the friendliest and goes above and beyond to answer questions and get you in on those last minute appointments 😉. Dieu is the best, she explains everything in DETAIL and does all she can to keep you comfortable while making a plan of action for your wants/needs. The office is immaculate and I have never met anyone there who doesn’t have a smile on their face. Location is perfect too. WHY would you go anywhere else?!?!? I would give it 1000000 stars if I could! Compassionate people who just want you to feel your best! Monroe MedSpa in Camillus is a gem! Thanks to everyone there!!😘

Right when I walked through the doors of Monroe Medspa in Syracuse, everyone was very welcoming! Especially my first time visiting this place, I was nervous and they were so happy to help me with any questions I had. During and after my treatment was truthfully an amazing experience!!
