I accidentally dropped my DSLR, which smashed the filter and jammed it into the lens grooves. The beautiful lady behind the counter was able to carefully remove the final shards from the filter and dislodge it from the lens grooves in just a few minutes. It was a simple job, but done expertly—and she did it free of charge. I’ll definitely be back for any future camera-related issues. Thank you again!!

Very well taken care of. Was looking for a very rare old Sony Videocamera charger and they took care of me in moments. Found exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. Can’t recommend them enough!

They just charged you quote fee without checking anything. quoted a extremely high rate $55. Well how do I know? My stickers on my screws are still there and there are no signs or marks on screws of opening and checking. I talked with the owner and he said this issue he researched so he could be sure it was a mainboard issue ($480 replacement), no need to open and check. Then? what's the meaning charging me $55 and wait for 4 days? Will never come back again. If you have digital cameras just go with DIGICAM in rhodes. I got my camera repaired for just $140 while this store tried to charge me $480 on the same case.

100% recommending this professional and ethical shop. Well, my brand new lense is just broken since I dropped it, i called the camera shop where I bought the camera and the lense, they recommended this repair shop. The repair shop would never overcharge you, just giving honest opinion, saying what they can do and cannot, meaning they don't take a job if it's better to just buy brand new one. You will feel they are genuine for their job. No need to worry, if your camera and lense have a problem, visit this shop.

Abominable service from Sydney Camera Repairs. After four months of multiple unanswered emails and unanswered texts, Sydney Camera Repairs finally provided a quote of $528.00. I collected my camera only to find numerous screws missing and the body cover loose. I then approached a different company (Camerafix in Ultimo) and, within a day, I received a quote for less than half that price. I would advise others to be extremely cautious of Sydney Camera Repairs

Didn't bother to take a proper look at the camera I brought in. Just a blank stare and said he won't fix it because he thinks he doesn't have the spare parts, and just turned his back and left. I'm disappointed because of all the 5 star reviews that made me want to visit this place. Wouldn't bother with this place, I didn't feel comfortable or welcomed in the shop. Not even a hello or a response when I greeted the gentleman.
