We’ve been living in Sycamore Ridge for almost two months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with our decision. The location and overall vibe of this community are just perfect. Our townhouse is so cozy and comfortable and it really feels like home.
I especially love that the small backyards are fully fenced, which gives a great sense of privacy and safety. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, yet just a short walk from Bridge Park, where there’s always something fun to do, great restaurants, and a beautiful atmosphere.
Another big reason we chose Sycamore Ridge was the management team, Joe. From the very first visit, he made us feel welcome. He took the time to really listen to our needs, answer all our questions, and make sure everything matched our priorities. We toured several places in and around Dublin before deciding, but his warmth and professionalism truly stood out.
Even after moving in, Joe and Heather continued to check in with us to ensure we were comfortable and happy. When we had a small issue with one of the appliances, they immediately sent the maintenance team, who replaced it without any hassle. The maintenance team, by the way, is fantastic fast, and always kind.
We’re so grateful to live here. It’s peaceful, safe, and full of friendly neighbors. Thank you, Joe, Heather, and the entire Sycamore Ridge team for making this place feel like home!

Living at this complex has been amazing. It's the perfect combination of a quiet complex and a great location and it is very pet friendly. We're so close to Bridge Park that we can easily walk there, but we're far enough away that we don't have to deal with all the noise. The amenities are fantastic. The pool opens early in the spring and stays open late into the fall whenever the weather allows, which is a huge plus.
The staff here is what truly makes this place special. Heather is amazing and has taken such good care of us from the moment we met her. She's helpful and makes sure we have everything we need. The maintenance staff is impeccable as well. They are super responsive to any requests and do an incredible job of keeping the grounds immaculate. It's clear they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.

Heather in the leasing office is the best!!! I went in looking for an apartment to get into quickly with my 2 dogs and my fiance, and Heather had the perfect fit for us and literally was able to get us a lease that same night, and a move in date for the next week. She answered all my questions and texts almost immediately and made our move in so efficient. So far I love it here, and so do my doggies! ❤️

I just left Sycamore Ridge after having lived there for nine years. The complex is quiet and located right next to Bridge Park. Two years ago, it was purchased by the Connor Group. They immediately made improvements to the buildings and the grounds. They replaced the roofs, built a dog park, and added fenced-in patios to the ground-floor units. If you'd like to be close to the Bridge Park area without having to experience all its noise or you'd like to live at a dog-friendly apartment complex, Sycamore Ridge would be a great fit for you!
