I’m not one to post reviews, however Paul Davis Restoration was so professional and most of all HONEST! They could have charged me whatever they wanted to because I’m a single old lady and know nothing about restoration. But they didn’t. They were more than reasonable. My bathroom had a terrible leak that caused mold. (I don’t feel old though, so disregard that part!) Back to their professionalism, WOW! I needed a total redo and they did it in no time at all. My bathroom looks amazing and I will be forever grateful to them and their wonderful service.

From Fire to Flawless. After a fire in one of our apartments, PDR took what was a complete mess and turned it into something better than new. They listened to every request (and there were MANY), answered every phone call (AGAIN MANY CALLS WERE MADE) and kept me updated. I believe they were working through some internal changes throughout as well but kept up with what was needed. Though the projected timeline was pushed out, the quality was kept consistent. Attention to detail was obvious, and the end result is an apartment I’m proud to be able to welcome the occupant back home to.

I had an unfortunate situation where I found myself unexpectedly having to move into an apartment. During the process of moving somehow or another, the place caught on fire. There wasn’t a ton of damage, but enough that a restoration company was needed to be brought in the apartment management conducted several interviews and ended up going with Paul Davis. I figured since they were out there, I might as well have them take a look at my personal stuff and I cannot say enough about what a great experience I’ve had! Corbin was absolutely fantastic at walking me through the process, explaining everything, and managing my expectations. And Barrett was Great at helping me navigate the intricacies of insurance claims! Plus the lovely young woman who came out to assess my personal belongings was just so nice and the young man who helped remove my non-salvageable items and is actually doing a lot of the restoration work on the apartment also just very nice. My entire experience with Paul Davis was that they are genuinely kind and caring people Which is not the experience I had with other companies the apartment management reached out to! Hopefully, this will never happen to me again, but if it does without question, I’ll be calling and I highly recommend their entire staff!
