Biweekly, these incredible professionals clean my home and I couldn't imagine my life without their service. They do dishes, deep clean the bathroom, deal with my dog's shedding, dust, etc. Their attention to detail is incredible. I have been hiring them consistently for almost 5 months now and have always been impressed! Very much bang for your buck. They're also just very kind and helped greatly when I was extra busy and let my place go more than usual... Also, they've helped me get in the habit of more frequent upkeep. I'm forever grateful! When i contacted Southwest Maids LLC prior to hosting a family gathering i was absolutely pleased in thier profesionalism and details. There Ladies that showed up were very nice and asked questions when they were unsure of something. I will be most definitely be contacting them again as well as reffering them to others. I've been hiring Southwest Maid 3/4 times for house cleaning, and the service has just been going downhill. The last time I hired them in May, furnitures were left out of place, the kitchen floor was not well swept, and one room was completely untouched. Will not return. Great service and good communication. Was able to arrange quick move-out cleaning with reasonable price. Will consider to return for house cleaning:)

They came in and did a really good job. It was money well spent. I consider the prices to be reasonable. Make sure you get those ladies a nice tip. I’ve heard of tips as low as five dollars each. We can do better than that Houston. Especially considering the fact that they did a really good job. I highly recommend them.

As a first time client the job was completed thoroughly and efficiently although the original quote increased 20% after they started the work and taxes were added when the first quote included it. Recommend confirming flat rates after they become acquainted with your home. Other than that it was good experience.

Thanks for your review... when you requested your quote you stated that your home need a standard clean, which was not the case when the ladies arrived. We try our best to be accurate with our quote but because the time restrictions there is an increase, if the client requests the wrong type of cleaning when the quote was requested.

They did a move-out cleaning, the day before I had to hand back the townhome. Cleaners showed up almost three hours late, due to flat tire. They broke the dryer connections, did not tell me, I found the broken connector after they left. The person on the text/phone (owner?) told me it is an easy fix, so I should fix it myself. I tried, but couldn't. Then they offered to fix it, in a few days. But my handover is 8am next day. After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to come over 7am to fix it. 7am next day, I waited and waited, never showed up. They then told me to ask the landlord to allow them to come back at a later date to fix the connection. Like I am gonna believe them after so many lies.

I'm sorry that you feel this way. We offered to come back to attach the vent to the dryer after it feel off when the ladies pulled it out to clean behind it, but because of time constraints it couldn't be done at 9pm nor 7am. We offered to come back after 9am and you refused. You rated us based on dryer connection, not on the quality of work that was preformed in your home.
Being a service job and driving to different locations we can't always be on time. It's something that we strive for but based on flat tires, traffic or other jobs, we arent always. We try our best to be ontime but sometimes it's not always honored.

Miracle workers. I arranged the service with them for a family member that had recently had medical issues and needed to come home to a clean home. It was not an easy task, but am thankful to have found SW maids. They were incredibly responsive, did spectacular work, and were more than reasonable. Highly recommend!!
