We ordered 3 organic cheddar cheeses, 1 Colby cheese (8 ounce bricks) and fermented carrots and ginger. It is great to find cheese made actually from animal rennet instead of microbial enzymes! The taste and texture is so much better! These cheeses are great! The carrots and ginger taste great too! We'll be ordering more!
