Der beste Hundesalon. Unser Doubledoodle ist immer sehr fröhlich wenn wir ihn wieder abholen. Wir schätzen den liebevollen Umgang mit den Hunden sehr. Die Pflege ist sehr professionell und er sieht einfach immer super aus nachher. Wegen den guten Produkten und der wertvollen Beratung, klappt auch die Pflege zu Hause viel besser. I highly recommend this grooming salon! Their professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding. During a grooming session, they noticed my Pomeranian, Peanut, had alopecia and recommended the right treatment. After three months, his fur is regrowing beautifully!

I booked the appointment and week later they called me to inform that they are not happy to groom my dog.
Reason is he has 17 years and I mentioned he might have difficulty to stand very long time. I even offered to help holding him if there is no additional person in their team.
We moved recently to Zug from other town, where he had regular care but is too far now.
I have never experienced it . It is sad that there is exclusion of old dogs that still need care and grooming!
Very unprofessional work attitude, definitely groomer that claims to be top groomer, must not differentiate animals by their „disability“ or age!
