We are always so happy with Eva, she is amazing with our samoyed, she always does amazing work 😍, Kawakawa always came out nice, clean, fluffy and so soft🥰. Thank you. I would recommend her to everyone. Also there is Casino parking very close to the salon or 3 parking spaces 1-2min walk by the church where you can park max 2h, but it’s great for dropp off or pickup.

Our dog looked like an ecuadorian stray dog when we found this groomer. They did an incredible job and took the time to show us where the problems were. Elihecer and Eva are miracle workers and we will definitely be back!

Our Australian Labradoodle just loves gettng groomed here; she’s a fan! and so am I, they do a wonderful job and are very caring. Highly recommend!

Great shop, my dog loves coming here. Everything is easy from reservation to pickup. Eva is very flexible, kind and knows her profession to the highest level. My dog always comes home beautifully groomed. By far the best dog grooming service I have gotten in Switzerland so far, strongly recommended.

Aja, our Afghan, and I are thrilled with the discovery of this amazing groomer, Elihecer, at Swiss Alps Groomer. Afghans are always a challenge to keep looking beautiful and Elihecer has risen to the challenge. Elihecer shows Aja great affection, patience and always kindness. Aja visits regularly for a de-shedding brush and has also enjoyed the full-grooming experience. For Aja, this is grooming "as good as it gets" and for me it's peace of mind. Elihecer zeigt Aja grosse Zuneigung, Geduld und stets Freundlichkeit. Aja kommt regelmässig vorbei, um sich eine Fellpflege holen zu lassen, und hat auch ein komplette Pflegeerlebnis genossen. Für Aja bedeutet das Pflegen "besser gibt's nicht", und für mich ist es Seelenfrieden. Ich kann die Dienste für Ihr vierpfotiges Familienmitglied nur weiterempfehlen. ❤️

Amazing service! This was our first time ever in a salon. Anna showed me around, explained what's going to happen, ask about treats. Was very flexible with a pick up time. My dog, 7 y.o. border collie looks lovely after de-shedding service. And seemed very relaxed around Anna, both at the drop off and pick up. Will come again for sure!

Vielen Dank Eva und Partner für die überaus tolle Betreuung und die ausgezeichnete Frisur an unserem Teddy 🧸. Ich musste viele „Frösche küssen“ bis ich an den richtigen Hundesalon gelangt bin. Ich habe oft negative bis mittelmäßige Erfahrungen gemacht. Jetzt ist Teddy 🧸 ( Cockerdoodle) richtig angekommen. Terminvereinbarung unkompliziert, es wird vor der Hundeübergabe ausführlich besprochen und es wird nach der Vorstellung des Kunden gefragt. Unser Teddy 🧸 wurde herzlich empfangen und sehr verwöhnt. Die Frisur, ein Traum, perfekt !!!! Genau wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Sehr professionell ausgeführt! Der Hundefriseur versteht und beherrscht sein Job 👏👏👏 Herzlichen Dank nochmals, wir kommen wieder und immer wieder 😊

I am a proud owner of a loving female siberian husky and I had been trying to book appointments to have her groomed for a long time. Every groomer of the canton came back with a lame excuse to refuse to book an appointment for my dog. Until Swiss Alps Groomer opened. Not only they are experts in big dogs with long hair but they are fully equipped and experienced to turn the experience into a pleasurable one for your dog. My husky actually entered the bath on her own accord happy to be washed the second time I brought her. What spoils nothing is that the groomers are very nice and generous of their time. Thus, my dog has a monthly appointment with them and looks like a beautiful fluffy (huge) soft toy. I highly recommend them.

A very professional and friendly grooming service, with an eye for detail and a lot of patience with our shy cat. The owners speak English, French, German and Spanish and offered us great advice regarding cat grooming and care on the long term, we are lucky to have you in our neighborhood. They are very conveniently located in the old town in Zug, with several parkings near by. Thank you so much and we will surely be back!

They did an amazing job with our cat. Everything was done with great attention and care. The place is equipped with the latest grooming tools and our otherwise capricious cat felt very cozy during the grooming session. They speak English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. My cat felt extremely well during the grooming and they respected her boundaries. Eva and Ellie were so sweet. Totally recommended for cats .

First time visit to Swiss Alps Groomer with our 1 year old Dachshund Duke. I wrote an email before we arrived letting them know this is his first time being groomed, that he may be a little nervous and other questions. We were met with a friendly smile and Duke received so many treats and pats he was made so comfortable and safe. Everything was taken care of and he looks fantastic, they did a wonderful job and really paid attention to all the details. The owners took wonderful care of him and he didn't bark at all. 5/5 will come back again.

Love to bring my dog here. Very happy with the service and the attention dedicated to my little doggy. Continue like this :)
