I was spoiled by Michael’s team at Gnarly Pool Service but the retirement driven transition was very smooth, provided historical service records, and comparable vibes. Tim has been very reliable and serviced my pool weekly for several months. He knows all of the pool’s idiosyncrasies.
The Swim Happy team regularly flushes my cartridge filters. Someone on the team seems to be familiar with most (if not all) brands of pool equipment. When they identify problems, they provide estimates with pros and cons. Often they quickly perform the repairs onsite. All team members, with whom I have interfaced, are professional, knowledgeable, and leave the property clean. They willingly work overtime if necessary.
Swim Happy has an easy and reliable communication system to document work completed and provide a photo upon completion. A secure payment application with multiple options is also available.
I am happy with the team and would recommend them to others.

They do a great job with my pool. Never leave a mess do required maintenance are curtious and I hardly ever even know they’ve been there except the pool is always maintained

I changed pool services to Swim Happy Pool Service because of such a bad experience I had with another company and I'm so glad I did. They are excellent communicators and do a great job! They are always prompt and provide weekly reports on the status of my pool and the work they performed. I don't worry or stress anymore. I would highly recommend them

Kellen and team installed a salt water generator on my pool. I had a great experience with them. They were very responsive ahead of the installation, letting me know what to expect and offered a competitive quote.
The installation was great as well - they showed up on time, worked quickly, spent time walking me through how to use the system, and left the jobsite spotless when they were done. Very glad to have done business with them!
