Carlos and his team did a really good job doing a deep clean of our home prior to us hosting Thanksgiving!! They got in all the nooks and cranny’s and I have 2 labs so they did a ton of dusting. It was great!

For the love of everything that you cherish, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They were scheduled for 9-11 AM arrival, at 10:45 when I asked an ETA they were asking to confirm that the cleaners made it to my house and they had not. Waited another 15 minutes for them to determine that they went to a different house and they would be on their way in 20-30 minutes from 11 AM. I requested a discount since this is unprofessional behavior and they were not on time. 30+ minutes pass and still no cleaners, so I called to cancel. I was assured the cleaning was cancelled however at 12 I had people knocking on my door assuming they were still going to clean. I told them it was cancelled and they barely spoke any English. Come to find out hours later I get an email that I’ve been charged a cancellation fee of $50. I called again requesting ALL charges be removed and refunded as I did not receive ANY service. If I hadn’t have checked my email they would have profited $50 off of me still. Do not recommend this terrible company - save yourself and don’t use them.

Our cleaner accidentally entered the wrong address into her GPS, and once we realized it, we updated you with her corrected ETA immediately. You chose to cancel, which we completely understand, and the automatic cancellation fee you saw was refunded right away. You were never charged for anything.
When our cleaner arrived after the cancellation, she hadn’t yet received the update as you had cancelled it when she was two minutes away from your home and was rushing to make it to you. She does speak English, though she was flustered and embarrassed because she knew she was late. She’s a hardworking member of our team who simply made an honest mistake.
This isn’t the experience we’re known for or the standard we hold ourselves to. Our owner reached out personally afterward to apologize and offer a complimentary clean to make things right. That offer still stands anytime.
We appreciate your feedback and again are sorry for the frustration you experienced. Our job is to make your life easier, not harder.
