For others reading, we'd like to offer some context. You reached out needing a same-day move-out clean, which we were glad to accommodate. We sent one of our most experienced crews, who spent over 20 hours on the initial clean. When you raised concerns afterward, we expressed that because of the condition of the home many things fell outside the scope of our clean. However we still returned and re-cleaned the entire home at no charge, another 3 hours of work, and even purchased specialized products to tackle areas like years-old adhesive and hardened caulk. In all, our team devoted more than 23 hours to your home.

Several of the items photographed — peeling paint on the baseboards, mold, and aged glue bonded to the flooring — reflect pre-existing conditions in an older home rather than the result of our cleaning. While cleaning the baseboards, the paint actually began to lift, which our lead showed you at the time. Mold remediation and cleaning the interior jets of a tub fall outside the scope of a residential clean.

After two cleans and a discount, we reached out personally to ask what more we could do, and that offer still stands. We're proud of the effort and care our team brought to this job and we wish you all the best in your new home.
