I had such a wonderful and amazing experience with Sweet Water Ponds. Every interaction they have exceed my expectations. When they finished my pond, I came home from work it was almost dark and they were there with flash lights. Showing me my new water feature. I was so happy i cried. I have never done that before. They are so knowledgeable about plants and treatments for algae.

I called Sweetwater regarding an emergency request to help with a Pump issue in our pond. We were having family come in the next week and I’ve been preparing the property. Isreal came out on a weekend to help resolve the problem. Along with their very informative emails. I’m so grateful to have Sweetwater servicing our water feature. They are reliable, informative and skilled.

Highly recommend! I called and they fit me in on short notice to inspect the pond at our newly purchased home. Victor did an excellent, and professional job inspecting the pond, and educating me on how to properly maintain it. He even came back to measure the size of our pond in gallons, since I distracted him the day earlier with 1,000 questions. I will definetly use them in the future!

My experience with Sweetwater started a little rough but we got things figured out and I am very happy with the way my water feature turned out. While Sweetwater didn’t build this water feature, they fixed some leaks, installed a new pump and rerouted some piping so it is concealed better. Israel even installed some plants because of the prior confusion. They took care of me.

My pond needed some serious cleaning! It had been more than a couple of years since it had been professionally cleaned. After seeing that the last company I used no longer had good reviews, I began searching the web. Sweetwater Ponds had some incredible reviews, so I contacted them to ask a few questions and get an estimate. I then made the decision to try them.
On the day of cleaning, Victor and Luis arrived with everything needed for a thorough cleaning. They worked diligently to safely set the fish aside, empty the pond, clean the interior (including removing and separating all the hardy lilies that had taken over), refill the pond and reintroduce the fish. My pond looks incredible now! I cannot say enough great things about Victor and Luis and Sweetwater Ponds. I will definitely be using them again!

Wow, what a great company. They answer the phone, and are responsive in every way. Both technicians I met were fabulous (extra thanks to Israel who worked his tail off).
My home has two water features that were losing water and needed an overhaul.
I had reached out to three of Google search top "landscaping and water feature" companies in the Boulder/Longmont area, and not one called me back or responded to my inquiries. I won't name them here out of kindness.
The good news is if you reach out to Sweetwater Ponds, you will likely get a human that indeed wants to help.
Long story short, these folks love what they do and it shows. I will absolutely use them again going forward. Great company, Kristi is wonderful to do business with. Thank you!

We used Sweetwater Ponds for a pond cleanout. Jose was amazing! He truly cared about my fish, the pond, and the end results! I was so impressed with this young man's ability to communicate to me exactly what he was doing and why he was doing so.....it's definitely refreshing to see that level of pride in your work. The house I recently bought has a pond. I was overwhelmed, not knowing anything about how it works & the upkeep. Sweet water Ponds has taught me so much. They are dependable & have done an excellent job so far. So glad I picked the right company to help me.
