Awesome experience, was running late due to traffic and accidents, called in to let them know what was going on and they still saw all 4 of my children. The waiting room had all kinds of games to keep the kids entertained so I can talk to staff. Staff was professional at all levels. Dr. Physer was great, my son who was even autistic responded well to direction and was kept calm. Laid out up front what was necessary and what could wait based off how comfortable I felt. Definitely a family centered Pediatric Dental facility. Highly recommended.
1000/10 literally. my 2.5 yo had a horrible experience at our last dentist office and BOTH of us were scared and frustrated walking in but the amazing women up front was so sweet and kind. she was so friendly and made the experience going in so much more peaceful. the dental assistant made my son SO comfortable he was smiling and laughing. LOVED her! the dentist, Joshua, was outstanding! even when my son started crying during his exam he helped me lay him down and was able to get the exam done. i will recommend this place to all of my friends. the BESTTTT dentist in charleston! i wish he worked on adults because he’d have my whole family as a patient!
Our little one loves the entire staff at Sweet Tooth. As parents, have been very impressed with the responsiveness, treatment approach, and overall service we have received at Sweet Tooth. Dr. Josh is very thorough! If you are looking for a great pediatric dentistry, I recommend giving this practice a try!
