The office is beautiful and the cleaning was great. but Dr. Greenberg is extremely dishonest and greedy. He is constantly trying to sell patients additional services by subtly mentioning not medically necessary problems with teeth. He straight up lied about the presence of a cavity that two other dentists confirmed was only something they’d ever consider monitoring rather than treating. It’s a beautiful office and the quality of care is good but Dr. Greenberg is slimey and dishonest.
I had not been to the dentist in years due to extreme dental anxiety, depression, and shame. Dr. Greenberg and his team (shoutout Cynthia!) provided me with comprehensive and mindful care. Each of them thoroughly reviewed my paperwork before my arrival and made it clear that they cared about me and my comfort as a patient. The office space is clean, cozy, and comfortable. While doing my data collection screening to assess the state of my teeth, Cynthia asked questions to assure I was comfortable and explained every step of the process, so I knew what we were doing. I was able to be honest with Dr. Greenberg about my past experiences and current oral hygiene practices without feeling judged or ashamed. He was transparent, kind, and understanding. He and I collaborated together to come up with a care plan that works best for me to restore my oral health. I am looking forward to continue working with Dr. Greenberg and his team and cannot thank them enough.
The team at Sweet Spot Dental is incredibly caring, understanding, and nonjudgmental. I always leave feeling encouraged and motivated to do better. They’re also honest and transparent, never overcharging or over diagnosing. Integrity truly seems to be a top priority for Dr. Greenberg and his team.
Dr. Greenberg and the staff at Sweet Spot are thorough and professional while also being exceptionally warm and responsive. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years, and they instantly made me feel comfortable while addressing my concerns. They had studied my pre-visit paperwork, and were familiar with my issues from the moment I walked in. And while they were very friendly, I never felt like they were trying to sell me on anything. I'm glad I chose Sweet Spot Dental of Cambridge. The dentist and his assistants are extremely attentive. They are clear and transparent about their practices and don't pressure you into unnecessary operations. Being so close to the red line is very helpful. They are also very clear about billing and are always willing to help and explain what to do if a problem should arise. I 10/10 recommend them.
Sweet spot dentistry is the best. Beside my teeth looking and feeling great dr greenberg listens really listens to me. His team understands how people truly live and help guide me to even better care for my teeth. They understand that costs associated with dental work and that you may need a bit more time to budget for the plan. They never made me feel badly for any mis steps I have taken. You would be lucky to be in the hands of this practice. Beyond thrill that I found him.
I used to hate going to the dentist, I was scared of the pain and I was self-conscious. However, Dr. Greenberg and his staff are amazing, they have made me feel reassured and comfortable every step of the way, from the receptionist, to the hygenists and Dr. Greenberg himself. If you are putting off going to the dentist then I'd recommend trying this practice, it is the first time ever that I don't dread going to appointments.
Dr. Greenberg and staff are friendly, comfortable and easy to work with. They communicate clearly and easily. They analyzed my problem thoroughly and explained it to me clearly and in detail. I look forward to the treatment that will resolve my problem. This was my first consultation and Dr. Greenberg is now my dentist of choice.
This practice is great. They were friendly and welcoming through the whole intake process. My appointment itself was also easier than I expected. I had a lot of anxiety about the appointment from past experiences, but they took the time to dig into my worries and reassure me that I was safe.
