Swansea Home improvements was amazing- Kerry from start to finish was absolutely faultless I rang him one day 6 times worrying about things I forgot to tell him he awnserd every time lol nothing was a problem they didnt just fit the kitchen they tiled all the way through the house not a small job they concealed pipes all over ou.home plastered all down stairs plus fitted all new internal doors in the whole house ontop of that kerry fitted and supplied a larger attic acces entrance and boarded the loft I can't thank Kerry and steve tanner enough this is my first home and they made it just perfect even set up my ring doorbell

Recently had a new kitchen and bedroom fitted with Steve Tanner Swansea Home improvements, from Start to finish Steve and his team of fitters Kerry and Chris were so professional and nothing was too much trouble, the price was very competitive and they do it all plumbing, electrics, tiling, plastering etc, we had so many quotes, some a little cheaper but for the quality of the products and service we made the right decision. Thanks guys 👌

It’s not often I post reviews but I have to give my honest opinion so that other potential customers of Swansea Home Improvements can have an honest review from an actual customer. Steve the owner put us at ease with his excellent advice and was not your typical pushy salesman. The quality of the kitchen is only as good as the fitter and Kerry and his guys could not be faulted. We were kept updated daily and progress went exactly as Kerry planned even though we had a water leak through no fault of Kerry. Thanks to Chris for driving back to sort it out for us!! I’m sure all of Steve’s fitters do a good job but if you get Kerry and his guys I know you will get a good job done. The bedroom units are excellent also!!!

Swansea Home Improvements supplied and fitted a new kitchen this month. From the initial meeting with Steve to the end result is really good. Kerry and Chris fitted the kitchen and organised all the trades. A new kitchen by past experience is probably one of the worst inconveniences, but this installation was so smooth. They did a cracking job and we are really happy with the quality of the kitchen and the fit. There were two tiny niggles about the process a which potentially could have reduced the review to a 4. Firstly, it took a number of calls to the store to get a final price after we had made some changes to the plan, and secondly, we had asked for telescopic shelves in the oven that didn’t materialise. That said, they are very minor issues. We would certainly go back to them should we need a new kitchen in the future.

Your installation involved a complete multi trade which Kerry and Chris are so competent at carrying out.
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I had to take some time off work just following your visit to the showroom to make some changes to your layout and as such those changes and the revised costs could not be done until my return as it is only myself that completes that task.
It seems as if I did not get the message re your telescopic shelves but rest assured I will now follow up tomorrow and will ensure your request is given immediate attention.

Really good quality product and fantastic service, even made suggestions about adapting existing items to suit the space. I’ve been in the bathroom & kitchen trade for over 40 years so I know if a product and service is good. I can honestly say I was very impressed by the attention to detail of advice, quality of items and of course the fitting . We have been very impressed with the whole team, from initial chats with Dawn (ably helped by Marcia), the visit, with a huge range of samples, for measuring and estimating by Steve but especially the 2 Daves who did all the fitting of doors, handles, plinths, cornices, worktops, breakfast bar, plumbing (sink and tap), lighting and other electrical bits. They were all absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Their professionalism and attention to detail was superb. The years of experience and knowledge they have amassed, made the whole process much smoother for us. Their advice was always sound and well reasoned which is reflected in the final result. There were a couple of minor issues, which were beyond their control, but they were resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The total cost was brilliant value for money given the extremely high quality materials, workmanship and service. We couldn't be more delighted with our finished kitchen and utility room. Our friends and family have been amazed by the transformation and we thoroughly recommend Swansea Home Improvements to anyone thinking of updating their kitchen.

We looked at lots of companies for a new kitchen for our new extension, we were recommended Swansea Home Improvements . From start to finish they didn't disappoint. Steve came out to the house with samples , talked us through the process, listened to the vision I had in mind and made it come to life ! Nothing was too much trouble, the fitters we had were amazing! The attention to detail was brilliant and they were meticulous. All throughout the service was excellent, efficient , professional and most of all top quality , there is no "hard sell " just honesty and professionalism.
