I would recommend Swan Pools to anyone considering a major pool project. From start to finish, the communication from the project manager (Johnny) was top notch. As the project progressed through the different phases, Johnny was always there communicating what to expect and also shared ideas on different things that could be done. There were no project delays from Swan. Every step was started and completed efficiently.

We had our pool installed by Swan a few years ago and they have exceeded our expectations on long term maintenance and repairs. We have had a hot tub jet replaced, a salt cell failure and a pool led light fail. All of these issues were fixed in a timely matter and under our warranty. Happy to recommend them here.

I’ve worked with Tony for over 20 years and have referred Swan Pools to many clients and friends. They’ve completed around eight pools for people I’ve referred over the past 10 years, and in some cases, multiple pools for the same client at different homes. I’ve never heard a single complaint. They’re responsive, which isn’t always the case in this industry, and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to pools, codes, and solving problems. There have even been times they’ve taken the time to give me advice on projects they weren’t involved in, which says a lot. The entire Swan team is professional across the board, whether it’s a smaller remodel or a complex build with features like glass walls or vanishing edges. If you’re taking on a major project like a new pool, you want experienced professionals. I used to think pools were pretty straightforward, but after seeing the level of detail and execution involved, that’s not the case. I’ve seen work from other companies that falls short. Swan consistently delivers.

Swan built our pool 13 years ago and we reached out to them again when the pool needed replastering. The project proceeded very smoothly with Johnny, our project manager. We had the best experience with Swan. Putting in a pool was a huge decision, so making sure we had the right team was extra important. We started off with Kelley as our designer/sales person and I cannot say enough good things about her! She saw our vision, and then went over every line item as we went through the sales process. Once we started to dig, the project moved so quickly. Johnny was our project manager and was fantastic! Stayed on top of crews, gave daily updates, and went with the flow of any changes we made a long the way. I felt like we were in the best hands from start to finish. For a variety of reasons, we chose to keep our existing pool structure but wanted a more modern plaster finish, updated masonry, and an automated pool cover—without doing a major overhaul.
