Purchased a new Heat Pump HVAC system and had it installed today. State of the art system with 10 year warranty parts and labor. Installation team of Steven and Arlo were professional, friendly and did an exceptional job with the installation and thorough explanation of my new efficient HVAC system. I am ready for hot summers and cold winters. Highly recommend Swan and their team.
Swan's team was very gracious, from Melissa and Gene at the office scheduling and keeping me updated on when to expect the service member... to Drilon who came to work at my home. He was very helpful and direct about what the problem was with my furnace, making it clear the flame sensor just had to be cleaned in order to get everything working in minutes. I really appreciated his patience explaining it to me and answering my questions. Thank you!
Update two months later when the pressure sensor went out. Swan managed to fit me in the afternoon of the day I called. Shane did a great job, not only diagnosing the problem, but getting the replacement part and installing it, and explaining to me very graciously the issue, all within the two-hour appointment window.
Update 7/8/2020: Jon came out to figure out why my garbage disposal was not working. Not only did he do a very good job of wearing a mask and respecting my quarantine requirements, but he figured out the problem and got it fixed within half an hour. He also graciously gave me an estimate for a new garbage disposal when this one is no longer able to be repaired because it's an old one. Thanks Jon!

On 10/26/2021 Detlef and Jamison replaced my current (OLD) standard water heater with a new Navien tankless unit, which included installation of a new gas line (from the meter), capping off the old lower-capacity line, and also replaced my current water shut-off "knob" with a lever and pressure reducing valve, and re-setting my toilet on a new wax seal to stop a mild leak. Scott did the electrical part quickly and helpfully so the new outlet is usefully located. LOTS of work got done in one day with them doing a good job of protecting the rest of my house, and leaving every place they touched cleaner than when they arrived. They were kind, patiently explained things when I needed to choose between options, and professional the whole time, not leaving before completing the paperwork for my Xcel Energy rebate for a high-efficiency unit. THANK YOU BOTH so much.
6/30/2026: My old valves feeding my washing machine were getting corroded and rusty so I just had them replaced with a recessed box kit and it took about 90 minutes. Dakota and Aidan did a great fast job, and left the place cleaner than they found it. As usual Richard got the project figured out, everything scheduled and coordinated just as I needed. Thanks guys!

Josh was my technician and he was very thorough checking/cleaning my AC and Furnace. Very pleased with his work. I had a plumbing tech out April 23rd and he was also very good at checking everything plumbing out for me. Great service from both and I joined the club.

I bought a home and found that this vendor had serviced the unit before. I figured I would give them a try since they would be familiar with it. Booked an appointment a month in advance (soonest available) and got a call 40 minutes before my appointment to ask to reschedule due to high influx of service calls. I made arrangements to be available during our appointment time. What a joke. I guess I will take my chances with another vendor. Thanks Lexi

My water heater wasn’t heating water due to a faulty sensor which Nathan replaced by going to the supply store to get it which was great to get it done. Nathan is very nice and explains what he’s doing. I’m very confident in his expertise. There was no charge because I’m a club member and the water heater was still under warranty. I am concerned that this same sensor has required replacement 3 or 4 times now. Nathan gave recommendations to remove some of the laundry items because my washer and dryer are in the same small room as the water heater. (I live in a condo.) I’m going to keep the door open more, also. Thank you!
