Our house was totally destroyed from Milton and Helena storms and this is our vacation home so we were at a total loss of what to do, we hired Ryan,to totally rebuild the inside of our house and it was great they did an outstanding job and we are back in our house for the winter! We flooded after hurricane Milton. Greg’s crew came right away to help clean up the mess, then proceeded to restore all the walls, doors, entire kitchen (remodel), ceilings, painted, replaced crown molding, and put new around the floor base. Pretty much everything except two bathrooms and tile floors.
They did a beautiful job on all the work. Ryan worked very hard with us to get FEMA funds, and was successful. Every employee he has, except one, is totally reliable, and pleasant to work around. We had Ryan’s cell number to text, as well as Greg’s, who made sure everything was done top notch.
I would recommend Southwest restoration for anything! We’ll always check with them 1st.

We called SW after discovering a water line break in our guest bathroom after Hurricane Milton. We had evacuated and found water inside our bedrooms and hallway when we returned!
SW was here within the HOUR to dry out the rooms affected and began the process of estimating the repair.
They have finished work within the promised week of " construction." Their work,as usual,is meticulous and expert. The people left our home exactly as it looked before the loss( including rehanging pictures in the repaired walls!)

We found SW Restoration after being taken advantage of by an unnamed flooring company. We had LVP floors installed in our house 3 years ago and the unnamed flooring company installed them directly on our concrete slab without a moisture barrier. The result was buckling floors with black mold underneath them. They refused to own their mistake and help us in any reasonable way. That’s when we were blessed to find SW Restoration. They were so professional and helpful. Not only did they remove the old floor and remediate the mold, they even tried to salvage some of it to save us money. They did a beautiful job laying our new tile floors. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. This is a honest company that we highly recommend. We will use them again for future projects.

Drivers disregard traffic signs and make zero attempt to stop at stop signs. Pedestrian safety means nothing to this company. Makes one wonder what else this company is guilty of...
Best restoration service in town. Their jobs are always performed with the strictest guidelines and protocol. They have the ability to not only do great work, but manage to give customers the service and peace of mind they deserve.
I am a disabled veteran. Before I found South West Restoration, I was taken to the cleaners by an unscrupulous (here un-named) construction company one year and four months ago, when our home was rendered uninhabitable by Hurricane Ian. The first company walked off the job without notice while it was in its early stages; thus precipitating a major financial crisis and a long list of other nightmarish complications which left our home untouched and my family living a nomadic existence for more than a year.
Then we found South West Restoration.
It was clear after the very first meeting with administrative staff at SWR that we had come across a highly professional group of skilled artisans with an honest work ethic. SWR is a no nonsense company. They evaluate, plan and execute with alacrity, focus, skill and dispatch.
I visited the house after the crews finished their day’s work quite frequently during the 60 days in which SWR transformed our home from a total wind and water disaster into a brand new and very beautiful house and I found the work site to be always clean, uncluttered and organized (a reliable sign of true professionalism).
The respect with which I was treated by every SWR employee that I encountered is unprecedented in my experience. Here is the kicker, friends…SWR went to great lengths to help us find ways to save significant amounts of money in the process. SWR did much more than providing us with a new, safe, up-to-code and very beautiful home. They brought an end to our despair. And they will do the same for you.
