My boyfriend and I took his mom to this Belltone location for assistance with her hearing aids. Sara was so patient and kind. She worked with “mom” til everything was perfect for her, and all the while treating her like her own mother. We couldn’t ask for better care and compassion.

I have been using my third pair of hearing aids for over 2 years. I have been unsatisfied with them because they were in need of adjustment, but the audiologist disappeared over a year ago and left no one to cover for him. On the recommendation of a friend in another state I made an appointment with Beltone. I was very pleased by my nearly 3 hour evaluation. The audiologist today (Mrs. Sara Swann) did a thorough assessment of my hearing and showed me what a new pair of Beltone hearing aids could do to improve my hearing. My wife was invited to the session as an active participant. I am very pleased at the results. I am able to hear much better. I have another appointment scheduled later if any adjustments need to be made. Since Beltone is a National company, I can get in to see someone in any area if I am out of town. I was definitely being cared for by an expert!
