Incredibly amazing service! I reached out and SV promptly scheduled us for the following week. We have a light beige carpet. I can't believe Kris was able to remove old coffee stains and dog spit-up stains, from having chewed too much grass. We appreciate how he thoroughly addressed our concerns by cleaning four rooms. Excellent job! Hands down best company for carpet and furniture cleaning yet! Only company that deep vacuums prior to cleaning - and offer a free touch up repeat clean! Wish I had before and after pics!! Carpet and two light blue microfiber chairs all used and abused by 6 boys and 2 boxer dogs, look brand new. Highly recommend them. Great price too!
Stan was very easy to work with, flexible with his cleaning times and days, and completed all of the units 1 day early. In several units he went the extra mile to work on oversized units, which residents appreciated. We had 1 or 2 minor issues which Stan resolved immediately. His company provides a very good service!
I needed a very short fused vent cleaning for my entire house after a large construction project.SV professional cleaning sent reminder messages over the weekend, called to let me know they were on the way and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were extremely organized and professional and completed the job with minimal impact to my house. I was so impressed with Stan I will be scheduling SV professionals for additional work to clean my floor tiles and countertops.
We had Stan and his team restore, repair, seal and polish our granite countertops. He was extremely communicative and responsive, scheduled us on a day that worked well for us, and the work left our countertops in better condition than when we first had the granite installed. Our countertops badly needed to be repolished and sealed as they had taken a beating over the past 7 years with two small kids and daily use. They didn't rush through the job. Our kitchen was sealed off and our floors were protected. In now using our countertops, they did a much better job polishing and sealing the stone than the original fabricator did.
Stan is super detail oriented and walked us through the process multiple times and throughout the day. He explained where the repair would make sense and where they would not. When I waffled at the type of finish - matte or high gloss - he was incredibly patient and offered to drive an hour total to pick up a polish. He's very passionate and knowledgeable about stones, their care, and repair. At one point while he was working, he stepped back to admire his work and called out to his teammate to take a look at the improved stone - it was a genuine appreciation for the improvement and pride in his work. I can now trust that my countertops are properly sealed and polish and not live in fear of spilling wine or oils.
