So so happy with my tattoo from this place! I told them what I wanted and where I wanted amd they delivered! I also got another tattoo I had already touched up as it wasn't finished and I am very happy woth the result. Staff are friendly and can speak English ao thats super helpful, and the premise is clean and fun. I would definitely reccomend this place.

I recently got a tattoo from Sultran tattoo Studio Hanoi. Was there in person to enquire and couple of exchanges over texts where I sent my reference image and that’s it. I booked an appointment in the next few days and my design was ready and looked absolutely Stunning. I added the word “Hà Nội” as I was getting this tattoo to honour Hà Nội being my home for the last year and a half. The changes were done instantly and the stencil was looking insane! My tattoo artist was Mr.Hung. He is THE ARTIST! He did an absolutely amazing job and the details were mad crazy. The man knows his craft. He was so gentle, did a neat work! I waited 4 days to post this so I can give an update on the healing as well. The aftercare instructions and support were so good. Great job guys! Please keep up! On a side note, I was there with my friend and her 7 month old baby. Safe to say the artists there were so cool and played with him taking turns that he didn’t even cry the entire time we were there! Loved the whole experience! ♥️

A fuir pour les piercings La perceuse est incompétente au possible. Elle m’a percée deux fois sans savoir mettre le bijou. En plus elle a voulu le mettre à la main après. Maintenant j’ai un trou sans bijou donc je me suis faite percée pour rien Les règles d’hygiène ne sont pas respectées non plus Bref n’y aller pas pour les piercings

Nach unserer sehr enttäuschenden Erfahrung gestern gibt es leider nur einen Stern. Wir waren gestern gegen 14:00 im Studio und fragten, ob sie am selben Tag noch oder am nächsten Tag vor unserem Flug noch Kapazitäten haben. Sie meinten, ja und sie wollten unsere Motive und haben sie besprochen und den Preis ausgemacht. Als wir gehen wollten, meinte die Dame beim Empfang, dass sie uns zwischen 7-8 PM per WhatsApp schreibt, die genaue Zeit kann sie uns noch nicht sagen. Wir haben dementsprechend unseren Tag nach einem, für uns ausgemachten Tattootermin, gerichtet und geplant. Als keine WhatsApp in dieser besagten Zeit kam, sind wir dennoch in das Studio und wollten einfach nachfragen. Dann der Schock: das Studio war voll und alle Artists beschäftigt. Die Dame am Empfang meinte nur als ich sie fragte, wann wir denn dran kämen, da sie meinte zwischen 7-8 pm wäre es soweit: „oh i forgot“ Da war für uns klar, wir komme heute nicht mehr dran. Vorfreude war weg! Absolut unprofessionell in meinen Augen. Sie hätte dann noch einen Artist gefragt, wie lange er noch braucht, aber das wollten wir nicht, nicht dass er bei dem anderen Kunden das hetzen anfängt. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und haben uns auf die guten Bewertungen verlassen.

I showed them a picture of a bougainvillea that I took during my time in Vietnam and he came up with the most amazing design. He s is a true artist. Great studio and team. come back to the studio the 2nd time since the 1st one was sooooo good! Hoai Thu did an excellent job i just love it so much! the whole experience was super comfortable, everyone there is really friendly and welcoming. Hoai Thu was very patient and paid so much attention to every little detail, making sure everything looked perfect. the design turned out even better than i expected. definitely not my last time here, already thinking about what to get next 😭💖
