Andy is fab, I called him on a Sunday morning with sudden deafness and pain in one ear and limited hearing in the other. He was with me within a couple of hours. Did the job perfectly, cleared both ears painlessly and efficiently, had all the right equipment for the job and I was so pleased to be able to hear again. I couldn’t believe what came out! I definitely wouldn’t have been able to clear that at home so I was very grateful to have found him at such short notice because it would have been really miserable waiting days to find an appointment with that blockage and the earache it was causing. It went right back to normal after being cleared so thanks again Andy!

Andy is a true professional! Saw me at home the day after I phoned him and he explained the procedure and how my ears were affected. Also is providing an assessment/results to my GP. After suffering a completely blocked ear and very very poor muffled hearing which was making me extremely anxious, I found Andy on a Google search and messaged him on WhatsApp. He replied within a few minutes and offered me a same day appointment even though it was a Sunday. Andy was calm and very professional, addressing any fears or questions I had with a calming nature and I am not afraid to admit that i unashamedly cried when my hearing popped back just like that after my microsuction treatment. I will admit I was terrified of what the treatment would be like and there was absolutely no need as Andy was so efficient and good at what he does so it was a pain free and gentle procedure all in the comfort of my own home. I will definitely only use Andy if I need too again and will highly recommend him if you need this done

Had my ears syringed a few months back now,, Andy was able to see me quickly too, which meant so much at the time as i had left tit oo long had hearing loss and it was getting uncomfortable. Andy is very professional and polite, he has a wealth of knowledge and could answer my questions I also had some dizziness recently and was unsure if related to ear wax, so I messaged Andy and he came to see me 10 ministers later to check if he could help. Highly recommend, as I have had my own clients use Andy since too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a pleasure to be treated by Andy for ear wax removal where I had lost my hearing in my right ear. The ear was causing me a lot of discomfort. Andy managed to schedule me in at very short notice which was extremely good customer service. This gentleman is clearly very knowledgeable of his profession. He took time to explain everything to me. He was gentle, thorough and managed to skilfully clear the wax in both ears. The procedure was pretty much pain free (a small amount of mild discomfort) and the results are fantastic! I can hear clearly again! It’s also surprising how used to not hearing clearly you become. Thank you so much Andy for your time and your effort. I’ll be recommending you to everyone who needs this service especially in an emergency.
