This was a first appointment with Andy, for my 103 year old mother who has complex hearing issues. She took to him straight away and he treated her severely blocked ears with great care. Had a blocked ear all week tried the warm olive oil ect.. woke up today and my other ear started so googled and Andy came within the hour( on a Saturday) and OH MY I can hear again, felt like christmas morning!

Incredible Service : Andy came out to my home address with less than 24hours notice to help me with what I had assumed to be an ear wax problem. Within about 60 seconds of arriving he had checked both of my ears and confirmed there was no ear wax but instead diagnosed another problem that I could self medicate at home. He said there was no charge for the call-out and it was only upon my insistence that he reluctantly accepted a token amount to cover his fuel. A thoroughly affable and decent chap whom I am happy to wholeheartedly recommend without hesitation.

Fed up with having to wait or being unable to get an appointment with our audiologist when my husband’s hearing aids were not working l searched online for an audiologist who does home visits and came across Andy. How lucky was that search! He was with us within an hour of our phone call loaded up with all his equipment. He easily fixed the hearing aids and gave us helpful maintenance advice. He is a very nice friendly man. I would recommend his services to anyone with hearing loss issues.

Andy was patient, gentle and caring with my mother, who has dementia and was very wary of any treatment. Another practitioner had previously been unsuccessful, but Andy managed to remove the wax from Mums ears and we are both very grateful.

I’m deaf in one ear and my good ear became severely blocked, making it very difficult for me to hear. I contacted Andy at Sussex Hearing Care on a Sunday morning and by 2pm the same day he was with me.
The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Andy made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and the whole process was clean, professional, and completely painless.
I can’t fault the service at all fast response, great care, and genuinely life-changing results when I needed it most. Highly recommended.

Had my ears syringed a few months back now, Andy was able to see me quickly too, which meant so much at the time as i had left tit oo long had hearing loss and it was getting uncomfortable.
Andy is very professional and polite, he has a wealth of knowledge and could answer my questions
I also had some dizziness recently and was unsure if related to ear wax, so I messaged Andy and he came to see me 10 minutes later to check if he could help.
