Sushi Square is the best place to go for an authentic Japanese sushi experience, without going to Japan. I’ve been to Japan quite a few times, as my mom is Japanese, and the sushi here is at the same quality level as I’ve experienced in Japan. I’ve tried quite a few of their sushi rolls at Sushi Square, as well as their Udon Noodle Soups and their Rice Bowls and believe me when is say that their food was fresh, delicious, and absolutely amazing! A special shout out goes to the Veggie Dream, Dynamite Roll, Salmon Nigiri, Chicken Teriyaki Rice bowl, Chicken Udon Noodle Soup, and Fried Chicken Bento, which all happens to be at the top of my list of my favourite foods here! I will be trying more of their items in the future, to see if I can add to my list of favourites. The staff are super friendly and nice, the service was quick, the cost to eat here was less than $20 for a complete meal, and the food was fresh, delicious and absolutely amazing! I will definitely be returning here soon and exploring the other items on the menu that I’ve yet to try, as well as ordering some of my favourites! Thank you Sushi Square for bringing the taste of Japan to Halifax!!
