Finally had a chance to dine in Sushida (Dún Laoghaire) after eyeing them for a while! Visited the restaurant with my girlies for lunch and here’s a few things I can say..💭
📍Location📍
Amazing, very close to the harbour and main Dún Laoghaire town, just a walk ways away. Also plenty of access to parking nearby.
🍱Food🍣
• We ordered the bento box (choice of veg/chicken or salmon) - I ordered chicken while my group ordered salmon. It’s been a long time since we had one this filling! Had the right amount of items curated in the box, all of which were nicely presented along with a side of warm miso soup. We also ordered Ebi Gyoza and Dragon Roll sushi on the side and it was magnificent! The Dragon Roll sushi had an equal amount of creaminess and crispness to it, we absolutely devoured it!! It was delicious.
• For beverage, I chose the Passionfruit Martini - delightful creamy and fruity drink that quenches your thirst on sunny days!
• For dessert, we had Matcha Tiramisu sided with peppermint tea. The mix of the Matcha and the tiramisu was so unique. The matcha toned the sweetness down of the tiramisu and gave a nice balance of earthy but sweet and the peppermint tea did right cooling down our tummies after the feast!

Spectacular, we had booked a reservation prior and we were seated straight away as we arrived at the restaurant. The waitstaff were very accommodating and checked-in on us from time to time to assure we were good. Very hospitable on their end!
🍻Atmosphere🎏
Lovely atmosphere, the restaurant welcomes every type of audience. Families, couples, friends and work meets. I do suggest to book a reservation if you plan on bringing a group as it does get packed easily!
Overall, my experience in Sushida was delightful and I do highly recommend this place for your next dine, especially if you are in the mood for Japanese Cuisine and Sushi! Me and my girls loved our time there - we even brought takeaway food home with us 😆 - we will definitely come back someday!✨
