Good website, ordering was straightforward and scheduling/delivery was accurate. The installer(s) was professional and efficient. The installation was completed within 1.5 hours of arrival and the installers were courteous and did a good job except I was disappointed that despite my instructions to the truck driver to take care to avoid damaging my border board at the W edge of my driveway as he was preparing to back his trailer to my garage, he accidentally damaged my border as you can see in the photo.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. They helped me decide which shelter was best for me and had it installed in a reasonable amount of time. I am happy with the service and product. I feel more safe just having it on site.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The two people that handled the installation did a great job and communicated well and provided details of everything we needed to know.

Great experience, from order date to delivery. The shelter fit snuggly in the garage, this is the TwisterPod Max. We haven't had to use it yet and hopefully won't have to.

Walked me through the whole process, made sure I had exactly what I wanted at the best available price. Answered all my questions and was available via phone and email. Highly recommend. We already feel safer in our home - my kids were terrified of storms but knowing we have somewhere safe to go and can fit the dogs in with us has totally calmed those fears. Was told it would take 2 weeks for delivery but was installed 4 days after ordering. Would definitely work with them again!!!!

Our experience with Survive-A-Storm Shelters has been excellent. This company is truly top-notch. From start to finish, they were on point every step of the way.
The customer service has been outstanding. Jessica, Jake, and the installer who came out to do the work were all professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Any time we had questions, they were quick to respond and made sure we got the answers we needed. They really go above and beyond. If you call, they call you back. If you email, they email you back. That kind of service is hard to find.
As for the shelter itself, we could not be more pleased. It is very well built, and we feel confident knowing we have a safe place to be in severe weather, even in 250+ mph winds.
These guys are great. Don’t hesitate to buy from them—just do it!

I am so pleased with the purchase of our Survive A Storm Shelter many times over the past several years we have been close to the oncoming tornado paths that we decided that we needed peace of mind. The new shelter gives a peace of mind. It's very nice and well built. Purchase and installation went great. Everyone i spoke to was very professional. It's was nice that we received a contact message during a storm when a tornado was issued for my area. And they know exactly where we are with the GPS coordinates. And will send help if needed. I wanted to install a storm shelter in our home since we have so many tornados in our area. Survive-A-Storm Shelters was great to work with from start to finish. I bought my storm shelter through Lowe's. It came in quickly and was installed quickly. I can't tell you how good it works and I hope I never have to find out. This the most money I ever spent on something that I don't want to use but I feel so much better knowing that it is there if I do need it. I put it my garage and still have room for my car.
