Installers were here at the agreed upon time. They worked hard to make sure I was happy with everyhing. They went over the operation of the door several times and made sure I was happy with the ease of opening and closing the door. They demonstated how to open the emergency exit and how to help keep bugs and wasp out of the shelter. They left the work space and area very clean.

We had a great experience all around from the beginning of the process all the way down to the delivery. There was clear communication always, and they would follow up to ask if we had any questions. All the specifications were clear for all those DIY people. I personally installed ours , Including digging the hole for preparation for cement. I would definitely recommend this company and we actually got it much sooner than it expected. Overall great experience.

Excited to have a place within the home to take shelter during severe storms in Blair Nebraska. We have been getting hit pretty bad the past years and had been taken cover at neighbors home. We won’t have to anymore. We made our purchase through Home Depot on August 30. Received on September 23. Even purchase was made through third party survive-a-Storm contacted me directly for the shipping and updates on build and tracking.
