If visiting the dentist could in any way be considered pleasant, Surrey Place Dental Group tries hard to make it so. The staff are always friendly and pleasant and the dentists (I have seen a few) are always efficient, professional and give my comfort a high priority. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental needs.

This is Brian (janet's husband using her Gmail acct.) I've been going to this Denist office for the last 25 yrs (I'm 72) When I was younger I didn't go to the denist because of the pain they caused. Dr. Chang's staff have always been very professial. I am amazed that I never have any pain with work that is being done, whether it is just fillings or a root canal, it's painless (I could sleep through any work they do). Maybe the freezing is stronger now, but the pain I went through as a kid and even in my 20s -30s was so bad. I'm really glad now there are Denists like Surrey Dental, that are so good, kids look forward to going to a denist and look after their teeth Thank you Surrey Place Dental.

I came to them with two canals , they did it perfectly, I came back for cleaning painless, recommended me a lot thing, they know their stuff. The best dentist surely in town of surrey central not kidding. The best !!!

The receptionist to mention Lindsay was nice though they were busy. I found them positive. I am not sure whether they have any back up in case any emergency happens. I being a Surgery specialist have come across many unwarrented emergencies in my carrier.
The Dental doctor Loewen was wonderful.

Extremely unprofessional. Had to cancel due to work emergency and called to rebook but lady mentioned about that they do not rebook because they have a “policy” of not starting a relationship on a bad foot.
I agree, a place that is so un accommodative and thinks customers emergency does not matter is a terrible place. Happy to take business elsewhere.

I have been treated and cleaning my teeth for more than 15 years, l am very satisfied with the service and the environment .My family members also like to be here. Once for a while,we moved the home and tried other clinic close ,and l found the decision wrong . Today, Dr. Lauren Chang fixed the dental fillings missing problem which I had in other clinic,she is so nice and professional, very fast and no pain at all. I really appreciate it 😊.

This place is great! We went for my daughter's gum bleeding from a loose crown and everything went perfectly. The staff was awesome and super helpful, even offering to help us get a refund from our new insurance since we had to pay upfront. They take great care of the clinic and are wonderful with kids. I'd definitely go back and would tell others to check them out—just make sure you're on time for your appointment since they see a lot of people.

My latest dental appointment required taking care of two teeth and using freezing. Dr. Islur had great chair-side manner and worked flawlessly with the hygienist to ensure I was comfortable from beginning to end. The hygienist was prompt to meet me in the waiting room just after I arrived and took me to the room. She explained pricing and made sure it was covered under my extended medical prior to beginning. Dr.Islur came in and explained how he planned to tackle the two teeth and let me know he would begin with freezing the left side and let my lip get heavy first. They protected my top with a bib and got started. I was out of the chair in under 40 minutes! Dr. Islur let me know in 3 hrs I would safely be able to eat dinner and that one tooth may be sensitive to salt.
I am grateful and thankful for the continued excellent care I have received at this office. I am a long time happy customer with a confident smile.
Special thank you to Dr. Islur for always making it a painless experience and being friendly and compassionate. He has built a positive relationship with me and my kids also. We know we can trust good care. My youngest daughter at 21 said after her latest appointment that she wants him to stop aging so he can be her dentist forever. She doesn't want to go anywhere else! 🥰❤️

I have been going to this dental office for more than 10 years. Always professional service. Appointments start right on time, which I find extremely respectful.
The hygienists are always willing to answer my many questions, and educate me on dental hygiene. I leave having gained knowledge and with cleaner teeth.
