DIY scared me not being tech savvy. But the DIY savings for my home alarm monitoring and automation was attractive$ I was skeptical to use email tech support; however, I found it very helpful. Ran into 2 issues during my installation. The response time to my emails was less then 10 minutes. Give Surety a try. Very good!

Surety has without a doubt some of the best customer service I have experienced, not only with alarm companies but all contractors and other companies I have dealt with in the past. They are always quick to respond to customers concerns and more importantly always have reliable correct solutions to the problems. On the rare occasion if they dont have an immediate resolution, they will work the problem until it is resolved. I cant say enough about the quality of this company and I am looking forward to being a customer for a long time ahead.

Having an issue with an automation rule. Sending in a ticket and getting a response next day with step by step guide, in two days with questions and answers/actions my issue has been resolved and the system came back to normal. This would not be thinkable when I were having issues with my previous provider.

I took the plunge and signed up for Surety after getting tired of proprietary devices and paying for overpriced monitoring from a different alarm company. I'm so glad I did! My new system was very easy to set up and I've been able to get replies to my e-mails to support in as little as 10 minutes. Surety support has gone above and beyond to answer my questions and help me automate my system. So far, I'm a very happy customer!

Surety is far and away the best ADC provider out there. I was skeptical at first thinking the online support model might not be for me, but after spending years with the other big ADC competitor and them not being able to solve some major issues, I posted on Surety support forum, even not being their customer they quickly solved my previously unsolvable issues. I quickly switched, saving money going over to Surety was just a bonus. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Truly exceptional customer support! Was experiencing some technical issues with my panel and they helped me troubleshoot the problem with a really quick turnaround. Unfortunately the panel is defective, but they helped me file a claim with the manufacturer even though I purchased the panel from another distributor. Monitoring service has been top notch also. Would highly recommend!

As a 10+ year veteran firefighter with my local Volunteer Fire Dept, my sincerest thanks goes out Surety Monitoring and the employees for their swift actions in notifying me of a fire alarm at my residence early this morning at approximately 05:12. I was unable to get home due to working on the ambulance the night prior/morning of the alarm. Not only was I not able to leave my post, nobody else was home except my elderly dog. Surety’s swift actions in notifying me, and subsequently our Fire Dept Dispatch once I could not initially be reached left me feeling extraordinarily confident in the professionalism and outstanding training within the Surety organization. I am left today with much gratitude to Surety, my Dispatchers, and the Engine crew….and no longer feeling like I need a splash of Bailey’s Irish Creme in my coffee.

I wanted to give a strong recommendation to Surety. Specifically, the ordering process and pricing has been clear and very competitive (often lower) than other companies. Also, the service and response time has been very impressive. I have had many many questions before and after set up. I have consistently received knowledge, friendly, and helpful responses to increase my knowledge/clarity as well as resolve issues. Generally, I have received responses on average within 2 hours, which I think is excellent. Other than this, Surety's web page/portal for customers is easy enough to navigate and find what I am looking for.
