Absolutely fantastic company to deal with, from the sales team who dint push but listened and gave great advise, to the fitters who are first class doing a job properly for a change without cutting corners. The quality of the product is right up there for sure, not the cheapest not the dearest but certainly the best can't recommend them enough, really pleased.
Sureseal Windows Limited fitted new windows and doors to my property last week over 3 days. I am absolutely delighted with the quality and beauty of them, they have improved my property so much and were fitted expertly by James Henderson. James was very professional, polite, considerate and friendly and discussed with me which windows and doors he would fit each day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sureseal for the quality of their windows and communication with everyone involved in the company. I was also very happy to use a small local South Wales based company.
Hi about 2or3 years now had new windows and doors after a few weeks on having them fitted i had to call them out to reseal around the windows and doors with silicone because the man had sealed them with decorating filler and to adjust the doors as draft coming through them and still have gap in my front door still have draft through it and through door handle and locks still feeling the draft through the windows to

Just had my windows fitted with Sureseal. Have to say I’m over the moon superb from start to finish. The fitter Steve was a pleasure to have at my house. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This process of having all new windows and doors started in March 25. They "installed" in August, three months later than promised. This was after we chased them. Its now mid November and I am having to get an outside contractor to finish the installation. The windows/doors are of a high quality but the installation on two of the biggest windows is below par. I complained to the original workmen who installed them and was told that it cant be fixed. After email tennis, two more senior installers came out and inspected. Hey presto the same men who installed originally returned and repaired what they said couldn't be repaired! Unfortunately being a Friday afternoon they just bodged the upstairs repair. Hence I am going to pay for another contractor to tidy it up. I cannot recommend this company unfortunately, If you are going to buy doors /windows for your whole house go and see some of the company you chose previous installs if possible. Do not believe all you read here Trust Pilot. See for yourself. There are plenty to choose from.

Great service from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for better quality & communication throughout. Sean & Josh fitted 8 windows and ensured our carpets & furniture were well covered and managed to continue during some challenging weather. Really pleased & will definitely use again.

When looking for new windows, I was referred to this company. An adviser made an appointment and was on time, though he was supposed to be trying to sell his company and product, was sort of wasted as I knew what I wanted, and what I wanted was on offer. Also I knew the colour that I wanted, and that was the sample he had with him, and I had not indicated before hand either.
I had already been given a link for the front door design, so that part had been sorted with out any problems.
The adviser measured up, and gave me a complete guide to what would happen next. A surveyor from the factory would come out and take precise measurements of every frame and door, which happened with no problems.
Next the scaffolding was erected by 3rd party with no problems and also removed quickly after installation.
The guys arrived on day of installation and told me which way they were going to start, the upper floor first, so to bring the mess down with them. They installers were fun, but hard working, they got on with it, but also kept me fully aware of what was happening next.
On completion of the installation, they made sure I was happy with everything, pointed out a few things I needed to know and advise on looking after/cleaning the windows to preserve the finish.
Overall, very happy on the installation and service.
Due to some vandalism, I had to replace 2 windows. Sureseal made sure I was supplied with the right panes and were fitted very quickly. Again, the fitters were very professional in their attitude and work ethics.
I would highly recommend this company for your double glazing needs.
