Garrett, Levi, and Brock took excellent care of our fireplace and chimney! We have an old home and the chimney needed repairs. There was also a gas fireplace installed but we wanted to change it back to wood burning. These three guys were punctual, nice, efficient, and skilled! They walked us through everything before leaving and even started a fire for us. I’d highly recommend them and will definitely be using this company in the future
Great service from Josiah and intended to use them again. Yet, their marketing dept continues to call repeatedly despite being told each time that I wanted to wait until spring to do a chimney crown and sealant project that they bid when cleaning. Badgering is not a good strategy to get my repeat business.

We had the pleasure of working with Austin, Chris, and Mohammed. Let me tell you these guys are good! Austin came out first to clean and inspect. He took the time to explain to myself, and then my husband when he got home, everything he did and the issues we had with the chimney. He had pictures and explained everything so that we could understand. Next Chris and Mohammed came out to do the repairs on the chimney. They did a great job! My husband and I had to work that day so my parents stayed at the house to let them in. Got a call from my dad that the “fireplace guys are awesome!” They felt like old friends and took the time to talk with and explain to my parents what was happening every step of the way. They were professional, but also felt like a part of the family. My parents even bought them lunch because they were so appreciate of their hard-work. By the time we got home, even though they had been working all day, they took the time to explain to us everything they had already explained to my parents. Due to no fault of their own Chris and Mohammed came back out a week later to install a new gas log insert. Again they did impressive work and felt like old friends! They hooked us up with a beautiful and warm fire we now enjoy every single day. Their professionalism, workmanship, expertise, and just all around great personalities would earn them 10 stars if possible. Because of these guys we are now lifelong Sure Glow customers!! We absolutely love our new fireplace and gas burning fire, I am sitting in front of it as I type this message. Thank you to the best team!!
My husband and I had a very good experience with SureGlow Stove and Chimney. Caleb, Levi and Josh installed an insert in a very tricky and old fireplace for us. They cleaned out the firebox and built up the chimney, finishing it and making it safe and sound They took the time to figure out the best way to install the insert to work efficiently as well as making it look aesthetically pleasing. These young men were courteous, conscientious, patient and professional. We are very pleased.
Dale was prompt, professional and thorough. The condition of our chimney was reviewed and documented and he showed me photos and video. Options to address the situation were reviewed with me in detail, including pros/cons with each option.
