Prices are reasonable, but when I had my brakes and rotors changed for my 2019 Honda CRV, the technicians/mechanics did not know to deal with the calibration of electronic braking for the rear wheels. Rear brakes/rotors started smoking up/making loud noises, and took it back to them a couple of times to get it addressed, and had the same issues afterwards.
I ended up taking it to the Honda dealership to get the issues addressed, and now dealing with premature failure of the rear brakes and rotors as they were installed incorrectly by Superior Auto & Tire Markham. I should of just stuck with the dealership.
If you have any vehicles with electronic braking, I would not recommend Superior Tire & Auto Markham.

Needed 4 new tires for my SUV. Went to Superior Tires and discussed with Thushan who was very helpful and accommodating. Price better than the 2 other places I checked before. I had new tires in a couple of days. Great service, great price.

Superior Tire Markham: Dishonest auto body shop willing to take you for a ride. I opted for the big body shop with big brand name and I got screwed.
Two years ago I came in for a simple oil change. But I had a question about a sharp metallic sound when reversing. Thushan was helping me that day, and we took a ride together and he immediately said that it was probably the brake pads and rotors. Perhaps some foolishness on my part, but I took him for an honest professional and believed him.
Thushan took my car in to the garage shop to inspect further. He then had me come in to look at something. I recall him insinuating that something was wrong with the brake pads. I remember asking him how much further I could go without changing them, and he continued to insinuate that it was dangerous without actually answering my question. He didn't really provide any real guidance that I would expect from an honest mechanic. And at that moment, I recall he wanted to replace all four of my brake pads, rotors, and calipers so I felt pressured. Again, perhaps some foolishness on my part, but I took him for an honest professional and believed him.
I already felt stupid for falling for this as I was waiting for them to do the work. After the repair I had shiny new brakes, calipers, and rotors. He'd driven us over to the bank parking lot so I could take out the cash that I owed. I asked Thushan, "be honest with me, how much longer could I have gone without changing my brakes today?" and he said to me, "less than a month your brakes would break down". Now, I'm not stupid but I felt pressured. My brakes weren't that far gone, and I believe I had at least another 5,000km left before I had to replace them. I didn't believe Thushan then, and I don't believe him now.
Two years later, I have not returned to this location and I never will. To Superior Tire Markham, that day you may have gotten my $1,000, but now you also have my negative review. You will never get my business again, and I hope that this review prevents someone else for falling for Thushan's tricks. I've been to other shops in this area and no one has taken me for a ride like these guys. There are so many other options available in Markham, especially in this area of Laidlaw and Bullock.
And, on top of that, that sharp metallic sound when reversing is still there! Great job, crooks.
In response to owner: you missed the point completely. This is about your shady sales tactics. To make it clear, I never had any issue with the work, it was fine. Did I even need it to begin with? I wouldn't know because Thushan didn't explain anything and just said, "look" insinuating that I should get it fixed. After two years I still recall how poor of an experience I had. Maybe next time focus on your customer experience rather than filling your pocketbook.

Why are you posting this review after 2 years? If there was a problem with any of our work we would of gladly examined it as it was covered by warranty. We never took you for a ride and only recommended repairs that were required.
