Very poor experience. The owner was rude and disrespectful, and his behavior felt discriminatory. When I asked simple questions, he gave me attitude as if I was wasting his time.
Things got worse when I refused to buy tires after the price they originally promised was changed. His tone completely changed after that. I also had an oil change done here, but I will not be returning. Unprofessional service.
Bought winter tires here with excellent price and had a great service dealing with Dan, Highly recomended place for all you car's repair needs !!

I came across this mechanic by accident and what a blessing. My car was shutting off while driving and had me totally freaked out. Rob was beyond accommodating as the car needed to keep going back and forth while we figured it out. I was never waiting for days and more importantly, I was always being informed and explained everything. Not once did I worry about being ripped off. Instead it felt like Rob was always trying things one step at a time, understanding that I was on a budget. I'm so happy to have come across this shop and highly recommend!!!

Rick - really unfortunate you feel that way. What was it exactly that happened that made you lose your trust in us. I only have two customers with the name Rick G and I have spoken with both of them - so I know it isn't one of those customers. I would really appreciate if you called in to speak with us and let us know.
2nd time been here, they did a great job, nice people, reasonable price. I do most repairs and maintenance myself, only leave those couldn't be done by myself here, they never let me down.

I called this mechanic shop Saturday around 10:45, and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I already had an appointment booked for Monday and was only calling to double-check the time and confirm the services I needed — tire change, oil change, and checking my engine light. Instead of helping, she spoke to me with no courtesy at all and claimed I was only booked for the engine light. Her attitude and complete lack of customer service were shocking.
To be honest, the front desk lady has been rude before when I’ve gone in person, but I tried to overlook it in the past. After today, I’m not ignoring it anymore.
I’ve visited this shop regularly, but after today’s experience, not anymore. I canceled my appointment immediately. I refuse to bring my car to a place with such disrespectful service. Very disappointing and not recommended.

Your appointment was for oil change and and check engine light - not tire change. When you called Saturday to confirm appointment, you then said you wanted the tires changed. We told you we could not do the tires for you at that time as its the busiest time of the year for tire service and you got upset. We were not rude to you. You were not happy as we could not do the tires at the same time. Also you never cancelled your appointment. You just didnt show up.
I just had the worst experience of my life dealing with Tony. I have an old car that broke down suddenly and he convinced me to bring my car there and said he could fix it. After 4 days of calling he said it's either going to cost $3000 to fix or sell it to him for $500. He said he spent 2 hours working on the car but refused to tell me the problem. I wanted to get the car towed to another mechanic and he refused to return my keys unless I paid him $200 for checking the car and labor which I doubt he did . If you spent two hours on a car you should be able to tell the problem but he won't . He doesn't even have any shame cheating women and taking advantage of the situation. Absolutely shameless.He makes money by cheating people .Never ever going back. This kind of money will never bring you peace and happiness. God is watching and will punish you for sure Tony. Be human and not an animal.
You have cheated me and you know it. You didn't do any diagnostics on my car. If you did then the invoice would have all the details of what you did but it's empty probably coz you didn't even look at it. You just wanted me to sell you the car so you could fix it and sell it for higher. You asked me to pay $700 if I wanted to take the car. You had the car for four days but you didn't touch it and charged me money for keeping it on your premises. You are a con man and a horrible person taking advantage of women. Shame on you. I hope all the women in your family also go through this.you are the most dishonest man I've ever met in my life and you know it. Shame on you for cheating a woman like this.

Please understand what we did for you. We spend hours performaing diagnostics to determine the problem with the car. We told you what the problem is and that it will cost thousands to repair. You said you can't afford it. We asked for $200 for our time to do the diagnostics and you said you only could pay $150 so we reluctantly accepted it. We did not offer to buy the car for $500. There is no cheating or shameless taking advantage of ANYONE. We have been is business since 1942 and have a Superior record with our customers. We find it insulting to refer to us as "An Animal" as you state.
Ive used this shop a few times. My wife went in there today to swap out all season tires for winter tires (both on rims). When she got there it was suggested that if she doesnt get the tires balanced then the steering wheel can start shaking when shes driving on the highway etc. Even though the tires were in good condition. Cost $180 to swap out the tires. Took 20 minutes and an unnecessary wheel balance. Just lost a customer.

We do offer a rebalance on the tires - whenever we put them on from season to season - tires wear and the tread changes and that can throw off tire balance causing tires to shake/vibrate at highway speeds.
We offer this service to our customers but the choice is always yours. Right now it is tire season so we have extra staff to help everyone get there tires on as quickly as possible.hence the quick turn around. We try to maintain an efficient work space. Sorry you felt we did the job to quickly.

I went in for an Engine Light condition on my car. Was diagnosed and fixed very quickly! The technician was very efficient, knowledgeable and very considerate. Thank you.

The rims that I purchased from this store for my winter tires caused vibration on the highway, and rusted soon after. I replaced them with the rims from Canadian Tire recently, no more vibration.

Our records show you bought steel wheels in 2020. If there was a problem 5 ( FIVE) years later, we would rebalance them for you at no charge. They should be rebalanced after many years of service or perhaps a wheel was bent ( potholes, etc.) You cannot put any blame on us for this matter without the opportunity to investigate why you had vibration.
