Not the best Customer Service! TRAINING NEEDED! A commitment was made a week ago! A clear indication their service sucks! And there is room for improvements! Lets just say, Jennifer should not be cloned! We don't need another one of her running around! All I asked was if we could push back the appointment by an hour! When booking, they gave me a window for arrival for up to 3hrs, so why couldn't I get an hour grace?!
I didn't feel it was appropriate for her to discuss a cancellation fee, I had no plans of cancelling! So I didn't! To pay a stupid tax for asking for an hour later appointment didn't seem fair! Nor was rescheduling! Dang! I already waited a week!!! So instead of them working with me, they cancelled my appointment without telling me! No text! No Email!! NOTHING!!! Until 9:15am when I called to see where the tech was!!
I prepared my home for their arrival and rearranged my work schedule for what? NOTHING!!! Perhaps they feel they are the only carpet cleaners in town! NOT!!!!! I'll have someone here in the morning! Price is better! Customer Service way better!! An NO FEES for rescheduling even if its just an hour!! The new company reviews speak for itself, so I'm sure the overall experience will be amazing! Superior Cleaning, Not so Superior! And there's room for improvements! Never again will I call them for anything! Your Special is not so special and it won't be until training is provided for the unamazing chic that answers the phone!
I am sorry we did not live up to your expectations. Just to clarify a few things:
When we schedule a 9-11am, that is the first appointment of the day. That means we will show up as close to 9am as possible, in most scenario's. Yes, we still give a 2 hour arrival window just incase an emergency happens. Just as Jessica explained to you over the phone.
The cancelation fee was discussed because we can't be late to the other clients that are scheduled behind you.
After all that was discussed between you and Jessica, you hung up on her. When a client hangs up on us, we get the impression they aren't interested any longer and we cancel it.
You called and talked to me(Kerry) this morning. After talking with you for around 5 minutes, you hung up on me as well.
If I could warn then next company you scheduled about you, I would. We were nothing but kind. You don't like how we run our business, you do not have to use us. To try and cause harm to a company because you acted like a child is crazy.
I wish you nothing but the best. Have a great upcoming Holiday. Try and be kind to others moving forward!

Our technician was Tyler who was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. The duct cleaning service we had done was reasonably priced, performed promptly and respectfully. Tyler answered all of our questions and provided us with before and after videos and pictures. We would definitely recommend and will most likely call again for carpet service.
