The service was excellent from beginning to end. All of the team is friendly and professional. When scheduling my appointment they were very clear on the cost and what they quoted is what they charged. They followed up to ensure there were no changes to the appointment and on the day of let me know when they were 45 mins out. Both Tyler and Maurico were exceptional with the service they provided. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job on my carpet. Would 100% recommend Superior Cleaning and will use them again.

Excellent dryer cleaning service from Superior! Bryant and Tyler were on time (early in fact), respectful and kind, honest and transparent about the charges, and they got right to work keeping me informed at each step. The process was informative for me, and they ever cleaned up before they left. Highly recommended.

Love your worker being on time and my carpet is clean. It would be nice to add scent when it wet. Your being professional and respectful is extremely appreciated. Next time I would like to have my rug cleaned if that’s not an issue

Hands down great customer service! I had what I would call 3-long sets of stairs with landings and a connecting hallway cleaned. We have 2-dogs in our home and always a lot of foot traffic as we're considered "the family" hangout house LOL!! Tyler was thorough with explaining the treatment process and offered optional bonus features for treatment. He understood my needs and my budget!! He was 100% super professional and had great sense of humor! Certainly will hire Superior Cleaning Solutions again!

Incredible value for cost! Thought I was going to have to replace carpet on one whole level-these guys are no joke! Came out beautifully for an incredibly reasonable price. Wish all the trades I work with provided this level of excellence for the cost! Found out they do wool area rugs too, for much less than others have quoted. I had been contacting company's to power Wash my house and deck. Several never showed up on the date and time we agreed on. I found Superior Cleaning Solutions. Not only were they reasonable, they showed up on the date and time they gave me. The technician that came out was on time, extremely knowledgeable, very professional and answered thr few questions I had before I could even ask them. 😄 I have already sent their information to several friends.
