I own a condo that had a very serious water leak that affected not only my unit but the two units below. In a panic and with little time to spare, I looked up water damage companies and chose SuperClean without much research. They arrived within an hour, set up their equipment (this happened at night), returned the next day to assess the situation and begin remediation work, and continued to supervise the site until all units were dry. In the meantime, I looked up SuperClean's previous reviews to see that every review was five stars. I couldn't have been luckier, and I truly appreciate the care and professional service. I hope to never use them again, but it I every have an emergency like this again, they will be my first call.

I DO NOT recommend hiring SuperClean Restoration. After a broken water pipe caused water damage to my condo and the two units below, I contracted them for remediation services. The initial technician was professional and responsive, coming out immediately to assess the damage, install drying equipment, and perform mold prevention treatment. He also assured me that they would be able to perform any subsequent repairs as needed once the areas were fully dried. However, my experience quickly soured with the owner, Bradley Vercosa. Mr. Vercosa sent an invoice for the initial drying services that was entirely vague, lacking any specific details about the addresses that were being serviced or what I was specifically paying for. When I requested a detailed invoice, Mr. Vercosa belligerently insisted I pay the unitemized bill first, promising the specifics at a later time. My refusal to pay without a detailed invoice was met with a highly unprofessional outburst; he yelled at me over the phone and followed up with accusatory text messages, claiming I was refusing to pay my bills. Despite my expressing surprise at his behavior, given the inherent stress of dealing with a water leak, his dismissive response was, “I don’t know why it is stressful for you…” Against my better judgment, I ultimately paid the vague invoice, though fortunately, Mr. Vercosa did eventually provide the detailed invoice I had originally requested.
The subsequent phase of repairs became a cascade of unaddressed problems and poor communication. After they collected their drying equipment, a significant lack of communication became an ongoing challenge. I received no update on whether additional repairs were recommended. Removed baseboards remained uninstalled. Estimates for necessary repainting and work in neighboring units were not provided. Attempts to obtain estimates for any additional repairs from Bradley Vercosa were once again met with belligerence. He initially denied that his company provides repair services, only to change his story when I informed him that his technician had assured me previously that they are a full service company. At that point, Mr. Vercosa promised a re-inspection for estimates. After enduring multiple follow-ups and even a missed appointment, a verbal estimate was finally obtained. I authorized the work but Mr. Vercosa informed me that a 50% deposit was required to proceed. Once again, the written invoice that followed failed to precisely detail the agreed-upon repairs and did not include the payment link. Despite numerous requests via text, voicemail, and phone calls for the payment link, Mr. Vercosa consistently promised to send the payment link, yet it never arrived, leaving the repairs in limbo.
After a frustrating fifteen-days of trying to get these repairs taken care of, I finally received the link to pay the deposit. I was disappointed to find the link provided an amount due, but was once again devoid of detailed descriptions or a clear outline of the services I was paying for. Seeking clarification, I immediately reached out to Bradley Vercosa via text, specifically inquiring if the “painting” listed in the previously provided written invoice included the necessary drywall repairs and if the “carpet” included new padding, as these details directly impacted the scope and value of the work. His response was not only abrupt but wholly unprofessional: a curt “Find someone else,” followed by him blocking my ability to contact him further. I was left utterly shocked by Bradley Vercosa’s complete lack of professionalism, his inexplicable poor accounting practices, and the profound absence of empathy for a customer navigating an already stressful situation. Consequently, I will unequivocally never engage with him or his company again and strongly advise anyone considering his services to opt instead do business with his more established and reputable competitors.
I was looking for a complete and quality service, and I found this company that I solved my water problem completely. His owner, Mr. Bradley, brought me good guidance on the steps to follow to get the right results... he has a good team and quality tools for service. Thank you very much for your work.

Superclean restoration help me with my water damage my insurance company did not wanted to cover my claim but superclean charged me very reasonable because the insurance company did not pay my claim

Two weeks ago our dishwasher malfunction at 2 AM. We call super clean. They came to our property. They stopped the leak and tracked the water installed drying equipment. Did a wonderful job. Highly recommended.
