She exhibited a high level of professionalism in answering questions, clarified needs, and offered a variety of options that led to the final outcome. I appreciate the fact that I had a single point of contact that worked with the company as a whole, resulting in the acquisition of a fantastic building!

Straight forward asked for a quote for an 80Lx40Wx20H. 2 weeks of emails and still no quote.. Would stay away from this company. Seems scammy. 😡😡😡😡
Lots of time wasted.. Wanted to chat. Sorry but we have nothing to discuss. I've given dimensions where the building needed to be delivered.. A port (building) in Alaska. And didn't need framing for windows etc. Just the shell. Like super simple & straightforward.
Sunward provided us with a professional experience and product. Our Contractor (Duran Construction Taos,NM), erected the building per Sunward’s drawings and specifications with NO phone calls with questions to Sunward. Plenty of screws, bolts etc… were provided and their scheduling process and notifications provides you with peace of mind with scheduling your Contractor. Will definitely recommend Sunward to others.

I am on my second building with Sunward Steel Buildings. I loved the quality of the first one, so I opted to use them again for another project. Everything about it is solid and it looks great.

Needed an extremely quick turnaround to get stamped permit plans. I wish these would have been provided as part of the original plan set! Was frustrated that I couldn't get in touch with a person and had to leave multiple voice mails. But when I finally got a call back, I did get the plans emailed to me within minutes.
Sunward ... please seriously consider including the appropriate state engineer stamped permit plans along with the construction plans in the building package!!!!

Started the process of getting a building. Was given one quote, then sales people were swapped. Suddenly my quote went up by $3,500. Not a big deal, but the justification (extra steel needed in the middle for bracing) was nowhere to be seen on the plans.
I felt like I was getting jerked around, checked out reviews here and decided to take my business elsewhere. It’s not about a few grand here/there, it’s about being able to trust folks when spending 10s of thousands. After looking at reviews on Google I’m glad I didn’t go with Sunward.
A really poor company to work with. I made a mistake in buying a building from them. I encourage others not to make the same mistake I made.
Horrible experience!!! Purchased a large 4 car garage. The salesman had an installer and design, good to go.
The project was suppose to be completed January 2024
Here we are April and STILL not complete
Sunward blames the installers whom they chose!!!! No one is taking any responsibility!!! Save yourself!!! Make sure you do your homework when choosing a company as I have a building sitting surrounded by a mud pit. Pieces still missing. Wrong parts, No doors installed and STILL cannot even use it! Read reviews before you start your job. Realize that the installers they choose are no longer their concern once you pay for the building there is NO ONE who follows up or cares of its even installed correctly!! Never Ever Again!
