I was always nervous going to the dentist, even as a young kid! The staff at Sun Valley Family Dentistry are amazing. Right from the lady's at reception, the hygienist, the dental assistants and of course the Dentists. I had the pleasure of having Dr Lang work on my teeth over the last couple months and she is absolutly amazing, She makes you comfortable, takes the nerves away, and the work goes so smooth. I recommend this team to anyone, if you have issues with going to the Dentist or just looking for a Dentist. These people are Rockstars in my opinion. 100% approval

I am so very impressed with this absolutely professional office. I recently changed Dentists and so very glad I did from Shannon the receptionist who will go above and beyond to make your first experience special, Dr Lang ( Ellie ) had to pull my tooth today it took her less than 5 minutes, she took the time to explain the complete procedure no questions were needed, Jenna the hygienist was so extremely kind and gentle. They definitely mean " Family Dentistry" the second you walk into the office it feels like family, thank all of you amazing women for all you do...God Bless you all..

The ladies at the front are always amazing, professional and friendly! Assistants and dentists are gentle and thorough in cleaning. Best dentists in town! For comparison they make my old dentist at a different clinic feel like I was subject to pitchforks to work off my sins while here I graduated to Heaven and get to relax. :)

They attempted to humiliate me; laughing both the receptionist and in the back, other receptionist over the phone re: to an insurance matter. Dentist and hygienists have been good, but after this experience, haven’t been back yet since it was front staff. And it is this office to be certain and I am using an alias. Apparently the front staff is also the management and there is no separate management in this office other than the receptionnists, according to them. I am not comfortable to discuss this with the same people who harmed me so I will stop discussing this review further.

Since becoming a patient at your clinic, I’ve learned that much of that treatment wasn’t actually necessary. I just wanted to say how truly appreciative I am that I made the switch. Absolutely Awful service, we had an appointment for 10 o'clock to have a cavity filled for our ten year old son. Arriving early, they had my son go into a room and get ready for the procedure. After seeing the needle he got scared and wanted to talk with me, after a quick talk and being able to calm him down the time was still before 10 o'clock, the front desk then informed us that we could come back in an hour if we wanted to as the dentist had already moved on with another patient. There was also nothing offered as a sedation option to help calm him down, this doctor since we have been told will not use sedation as he does not like how it feels so will not use it on his patients, this is from a source that use to work for him. No attempt to give him anything to calm down, I would highly recommend staying away from this dental office specifically Dr.Quinton

Your son was booked for a quick 30 minute appointment, he came into the room and wouldn't even let the dentist touch his tooth with gloved hand without getting extremely upset.

With regards to offering your son sedation to help him calm down, that is something that has to be arranged in advance. The medication needs to be taken an hour before the appointment on an empty stomach.

Being a clinic that offers sedation, we have the experience to know when it's futile to try to force an appointment-which will just end up causing trauma. Your son was not in a state to get dental treatment and we told you to go home and work on talking through your son's fears and to call us back when you felt he was more prepared. I'm sorry you're disappointed but it was absolutely in your son's best interest to cancel the appointment today-which we did without any charge to you.

I can only describe my hygienist appointment today as torturous. I left the office in shock and speechless. I requested a call from the dentist to discuss and was told “he is too busy”. After 7 years as a client, I am moving me and three other family members to a different practice.

A nice fairly efficient visit. Quick check on a broken tooth and X-ray on a sensitive tooth. Dentist was lovely and thorough. Only 4 stars because dentist did not know full need of visit and reception seemed busy both on entry and exit.

Was having oral pain for 3 days, they were able to get me in the same day that I called and they were able to figure out what was wrong and able to give me a treatment plan to help. Have been going here since I was in elementary school. Always recommend to friends.
