Sunshine Scrubbers brought our PV back to life. Do the math PV people - get your panels cleaned at least once every few years. Here in Pepco market the fee pays for itself at least every few years. This is not a diy. Powerwash won’t cut through the baked on crud. Our Tech Hayder brought the brush seen in photo along with their proprietary filter, detergent, and compressor. Hayder and Masi did a great job cleaning our large (12'x10') skylight which was covered with gunk deposited by our linden trees last year. I was doubtful they could get the skylight clean -- I'd been totally unsuccessful -- and fearful that pushing and prodding on the skylight would create leaks, which are the bane of skylights like these. But they did a swift and totally successful job, for a reasonable price. If my linden trees don't behave better this year, I'll call them again next year.

I did not think about critters when I had my solar panels installed ... until a raccoon tried to move in. Hayder and Masi at Sunshine Scrubbers came out within 3 days, got it all cleaned out and did an A++ professional install of a Solar Critter Guard system. If you have critters and unprotected solar panels, I highly recommend you call Sunshine before you end up with what you see in my posted pictures.

Very happy with the service I received from sunshine scrubbers. Hayder and Masi did a great job on my roof removing 2 squirrel nests and installing critter guards on my solar panels. They checked it over to make sure there was no damage and left me with confidence that I won't have to worry about this again. They're very knowledgeable about solar systems and they're now my go to company for maintenance on my arrays. Thanks guys! (No squirrels were harmed in the making of this review)

Sun Scrubbers got my business primarily because their technology allowed me to take care of the contract agreement, questions, and photos, all via the web. Danny's crew did a outstanding job. Phase 1 was removal of a squirrel nest and squirrels from underneath the solar panels. Phase 2 was repairing damaged wires caused by the squirrels. Phase 3 was installation of the critter guard system. Phase 4 was the cleaning for the first time of the solar panels. Work was done efficiently and always kept us up to date on what was happening and expectations on completion. I would highly recommend Danny's crew for anyone in Stafford, VA that have solar panels if you want your panels cleaned and protected from squirrels.
Finding Sunshine Scrubbers in our search for a solar panel cleaning service turned out to be very fortunate . We have 63 panels that needed a thorough cleaning as our previous contractor kept delaying the job several times last year and eventually became totally unresponsive.
Dealing with Sunshine Scrubbers from the outset was easy , prompt and pleasant. From preparing a quote to arrival at our home we were kept informed ( which in itself is rare these days). The two gentlemen who performed the cleaning - Hayder and Yaseen- were very professional , polite and mindful of our needs and property. Can’t say enough about the super job they did. We were so impressed with them and the company overall that we asked them to give us a quote for an overhaul of our ceiling lights and integration with Google home. Within a week they came back and performed this task to our total satisfaction. Thank you guys !!!
Last fall, we had Sunshine Scrubbers clear a squirrel's nest from under our solar panels and install mesh critter guards at our northern Virginia home. Hayder and his crew did a great job and worked into the night to get everything done. Unfortunately, the ice storm this winter damaged some sections of the critter guard. I was amazed when Sunshine Scrubbers said they would repair the guards at no cost! Not only that, but Danny and his crew removed two panels to clear out another squirrel's nest and even repaired some chewed wire, all at no charge! After this great experience, I definitely plan to have their team out at least annually to clean and inspect our system.
Masi's crew did a great job assessing our panels for squirrel nests. They cleaned out some sticks and then installed the critter guard. They have withstood some great winds on their first night and so far I don't see anymore squirrels. Hopefully it stays that way. Excited to have the crew back to clean the panels in the future. They showed up right on time, friendly and got the job done as planned!
