We were a few days away from putting our home on the market and had a pressure washer guy lined up. The day he was supposed to show, he bailed leaving no contact info. I started doing Google searchers for 5 star rated Pressure Washing Companies in Pensacola. While there were several, I kept coming back to Sunshine Pressure Washing because of how people kept praising Tony, the owner of the company for his great service etc.
I called Tony, who answered right away and told him how desperate I was to hire someone to pressure wash our pool deck, driveway and sidewalks prior to listing our home soon. He was happy to help, despite already being pretty booked. In fact, after the call, he showed up to met with me and see what I needed done asap. He was not only super down to earth, but was extremely understanding of our needs and time frame.
He went back to his office to check the schedule and called me I believe the next day telling me he would work me into the schedule to get our home done prior to listing it. The amount of relief I felt having hearing this was incredible because hiring pressure washers this time of year in Pensacola is difficult as they are all so busy.
Tony sent two gentlemen who were both very friendly, understanding and respectable. I showed them what we needed done, walked them through everything and they were like, "No Problem. We'll get this all cleaned up for you making it look great." They got started right away and for the next 3 hours worked their rear ends off, especially on the pool deck, which had a build up of dirt, sand, grime and dog hair from two labs. They even moved a few items from the deck that we hadn't. Our back doors to the pool had been just repainted, so they took extra caution and taped those off as well.
Our pool deck, driveway, gutter in street, sidewalks and front porch all look pristine! They were simply some of the best guys we've ever hired for this type of help with our home. I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service, their attentiveness to their work and how friendly/reliable they were. If I could give Tony and his crew 10 Stars, I most certainly would!

I contacted Tony for the second year in a row, based on my first year's positive experience. The 2 employees arrived at the designated time and quickly introduced themselves and got to work bagging my 4 Bevelo lanterns and exterior side lighting; a RING fixtures, taping electrical outlets and outdoor lighting fixtures. They were very professional in all respects and were a great team working together. Items soft washed were the home exterior, pool enclosure, concrete pool deck and front porch. They removed all bags and trash upon completion.

I was referred to Sunshine Pristine Clean and reached out right away. I wanted someone that would agree to pressure wash my house without using bleach because the last time it was done, even though the company promised they'd wet down the grass, etc., it still burned my beautiful zoysia grass around my entire house in the backyard! Heartbreaker! It's still recovering from that over two years ago!
Tony was very responsive when I contacted him, and we set up an appointment for him to come see my house and talk about what I wanted done. He was right on time, very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and he told me they could soft wash it without bleach, no problem.
We picked a date, and BJ showed up that morning right on time. He was very friendly and energetic and did a great job. He even took my Polywood rocking chair and bench from the deck in the backyard to the driveway and pressure washed them for me!
However, one of his hoses busted during the process, and he didn't pressure wash the underside of the gutters around the house. I noticed it after he left, and I contacted Tony later that day. He apologized profusely and said BJ would be here on a certain day to finish the job.
BJ showed up on time again with new hoses and finished the job entirely. Tony checked in with me almost immediately when the job was done to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. It definitely was!
Working with Tony and this company has been easy and pleasant. I am giving them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for that reason, and for the reason that BJ did a great job, and for the reason that even with the little hiccup we had, it was still a great experience working with Sunshine Pristine Clean. Honest, reliable, capable...what more do we all want???
