My son’s home was power washed by Tony LaRocca owner of Sunshine Pristine Clean this week! It was really dirty and we thought the roof needed to be replaced, it did not! After Tony checked it out he realized it was just dirty. The results are amazing and the house looks almost new! I highly recommend Tony and his business. He made contact with me through the entire process so I was aware of what was going on!
Tony and the SPC team did an amazing job. DJ was very professional when he arrived and took very detailed steps to assure the job was done 100 % correctly. They cover all things needing to be covered to assure there is no damage to cameras or door locks and outlets. We had solar panels cleaned, house and pool area cleaned. We would highly recommend SPC. Thanks to the entire team great job.

My home was covered with moss, bird feces, and other nature born debris. The house had been vacant for quite some time, and apparently the previous owners traveled a lot and didn’t give a lot of care to the home. I called the cleaning company and asked them to clean my home, which they did a very good job at. The technician worked diligently for hours and went over several areas of the home which were stubborn when he was finished he cleaned up after his mess and let me go over the home with him to ensure I was satisfied I gave this Service Technician and his company and His company AAA Rating.

Could not recommend more! We just bought our house and wanted a little refresh and clean up! Our house looked so good afterwards! We had red clay that was stained on our concrete from the builders and you can barely see it now! Definitely will be using this company for all our exterior needs!
Tony took the time to come out and assess what we needed. He listened and discussed our options. He was able to get us scheduled within a fews days. When he arrived, he explained what he was going to do and went to work. He completed the job faster than I expected and ensured we were happy with the results.
Competent, courteous and thorough. This was our 2nd house (exterior) cleaning. They exceed our expectations.

We highly recommend Sunshine Pristine Clean! The communication was great, they were on time and did a great job covering plants, outdoor tvs , etc and prepping for the wash before getting started. I have contracted Sunshine Pristine Clean a number of times in recent years and have been completely satisfied with their quality, professional service.
