From the very start of our project, Bruce and his crew were very professional and super easy to work with. There were certain things my wife wanted that were not the usual build and Bruce went above and beyond to give her exactly what she wanted. We couldn't recommend Sunscape enough.....

Sunscapes built us our own little piece of heaven when they built our beautiful sunroom. We did away with our kitchen table and have enjoyed all our meals in the sunroom, which is like outside dining comfortably all year round. Anyone considering this investment will be forever grateful to Sunscapes and their top level quality and craftsmanship. The owner and crew are so friendly and knowledgeable. I’m quite disappointed in the quoting process at Sunscape. I recently learned (this evening —(1 week after my quote) that a friend of mine, with a 10x16 space, was quoted $22,000. I was then quoted the same price for a system with one less opening area, based on a 10x9 space. Her cottage is located just about 20 minutes north of where I am.
When I followed up with Al in Cookstown tho evening, who gave me the quote, he didn’t even recognize my name or the quote comparison, despite it showing in the email. This lack of attention to detail and the apparent confusion around my inquiry left me feeling unsure about the accuracy of the pricing.
I strongly recommend doing thorough research and comparing quotes with other companies before committing. I feel that I was overquoted, and I’m hesitant to move forward with Sunscape.

Yes Sunscape deserves 10 stars May be more.. we were very scare to select this company.. talking to owner wife for first appointment on phone..and ice was break ... very nice and lovely lady.. then we met Bruce the owner.. he took every suggestion so nicely.. oh you want to extend no problem .. oh you want door like this no problem ..stairs can be done like this ? Yes no problem .. so if he didn't show any problems to creat sun room according to our desire... it was hard not to give him his asking price 🤪
Staff very very professional.. never one day we saw them leaving any thing un attend .. fully clean the area before leaving .. and very humble and polite.. I hope they enjoyed my indian cooking which I served them at there lunch break .. story short, delightful experience and there should be no hesitation to give them work , and you can enjoy 4 seasons in one room ❤️
