Sunrise Office Systems is the BEST! I rarely ever go online and provide reviews, and when I do, it's almost always for a terrible company. This is not the case with Sunrise. They are a small, family owed operation and just the nicest people to deal with. Truly. Plus, their prices cannot be beat. When I opened my business, I was appalled at the lease cost for a big copier/scanner & obtained quotes from several companies. It was going to run me what a car payment costs. Ridiculous. Their operation provides the copier/scanner, that rarely ever breaks down or has issues (not unless self-caused geez LOL), includes the toner, and the cost is pennies on the dollar. Sometimes I feel bad it's such a low price I offer to pay more :) Their customer service is second to none & if you are experiencing a time sensitive issue & need immediate assistance because your system is not functioning, they will drop whatever they are doing and send a tech out. PS: I am not getting paid for this review or any sort of discount or special from the company. I know how hard it is to find good people that provide quality service @ a reasonable cost so I felt compelled to give them a review. Lisa Roberts, SCM, Adv. I contacted Sunrise Office Systems regarding a printer connectivity issue with my cell phone. I spoke to Renee and she coordinated a visit by Kyle to address the issue. I also asked Kyle to address a scanner issue with my printer. Kyle knew exactly what the issue was and made the necessary corrections. Our facility has had Sunrise Office Systems for all of our copy maintenance and repairs. Recently, we encountered an emergency situation and needed to replace our copier. Sunrise Office Systems brought in our new copier, took the time to train us on the new system and took away our old copy machine which had been flooded with water. They even followed up with us to make sure we were happy with the installation and the way the connecting cords were ran through the office. We are definitely a permanent customer!
