As a first-time home Buyer, I needed someone who was willing to walk me through the process. This was Rick. He was quick to respond to my questions, easily provided quotes, offered additional services such as Radon and mold without pressuring me, and streamlined the scheduling of the inspection. After the inspection, he walked me through the house giving me both his overall impression as well as pointing out the little details. I felt he was incredibly thorough and I would recommend using Rick if you need a home inspection.
